Islamabad, Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif is declared disqualified from the office of the prime minister of Pakistan by the apex court, Supreme Court of Pakistan. The apex court gave the verdict that the Prime Minister of Pakistan was dishonest before the court and the parliament and he was declared disqualified and he could not remain legal to run the affairs of the state as he and his entire family was involved in the panama gate scandal.
When the panama gate scandal was surfaced in the early month of 2016, then the names of heads of many states were also shown and most of the rulers had to resign from their post but the ruling party of Pakistan refused to accept it and asked not to quit from the office of the prime minister of Pakistan. The protests were started in Pakistan, especially from the Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf and they lodged the strong protest against the present regime. Other opposition parties like PPP and JI also joined hands with PTI to start the campaign against the ruling government and the panama gate scandal was taken by the apex court.
The day to day hearing was started in 2016 and the ruling government failed to produce any documentary proof. The ruling family, Sharif family was alleged to build the off shore companies for the money laundering and made the property in other countries. They were seriously blamed for the corruption and money laundering and they established many steel mills in Gulf states and bought the apartments in London but they could not provide the money trail before the court. The apex court completed the hearing and they announced their decision on 20 April in which two judges of the supreme court of Pakistan declared him dishonest before the parliament and Supreme Court. The three judges opted for the setting up of the joint investigation team for further investigation of their assets and the sources of income. The honorable judges of the Supreme Court declared that the Sharif family was failed to produce money trail or any document to prove the ownership of their property.
Now the apex court disqualified the prime minister of Pakistan being dishonest with the court and in the parliament and asked NAB to probe into the case and file the reference against the ruling government in the Supreme Court within 6 weeks. The court has also ordered to the election commission of Pakistan to de-notify Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif from the seat of the national assembly of Pakistan.
It is also reported that the finance minister, Ishaq Dar and son in law of Nawaz Sharif and husband of Marium Nawaz, Capt (R) Muhammad Safdar were also declared disqualified. The court ordered NAB to file the reference against Nawaz Sharif, Hassan, Hussain and Marium Nawaz with 6 weeks.

اسلام آباد: سپریم کورٹ نے پاناما کیس سے متعلق دائر درخواستوں پر نواز شریف کو نااہل قرار دے دیا ہے جب کہ الیکشن کمیشن نے فیصلے کے مطابق نواز شریف کی اسمبلی کی رکنیت ختم کرنے کا نوٹی فکیشن جاری کردیا ہے۔
ایکسپریس نیوز کے مطابق پانچ ججزکا متفقہ فیصلہ 25 صفحات پر مشتمل ہے جس کا کچھ حصہ جسٹس اعجاز افضل خان اور کچھ بینچ کے سربراہ جسٹس آصف سعید خان کھوسہ نے کھلی عدالت میں پڑھ کر سنایا۔
سپریم کورٹ نے تحریری فیصلے میں قومی احتساب بیورو(نیب) کو حکم دیا ہے کہ وہ اس فیصلے کے جاری ہونے کے بعد 6 ہفتوں کے اندر جے آئی ٹی کی طرف سے اکٹھے کئے گئے شواہد، ایف آئی اے اور نیب کے پاس پہلے سے موجود مواد کی روشنی میں ریفرنس تیار کرے اور راولپنڈی اسلام آباد کی احتساب عدالت میں ریفرنس پیش کرے۔
