Petroleum prices likely to change effective August
(eNews.pk) - KARACHI: Petroleum products prices expected to slightly increase, while the diesel price to be slashed effective August 1, 2011.

Sources said that the prices of petrol likely to increase by Rs0.50 per litre, HOBC and kerosene by Rs1.00 per litre, while the diesel price might be slashed by Rs0.50.

Pakistan petroleum products prices are correlated with the international prices. Sources said that these expectations are based on the latest international prices, which possibly could change only slightly in the next two/three days.

یکم اگست سے پٹرولیم مصنوعات کی قیمتوں میں رد و بدل کا امکان
کراچی…یکم اگست 2011 سے ڈیزل کی قیمتوں میں کمی جبکہ دیگر پیٹرولیم مصنوعات کی قیمتوں میں معمولی اضافہ متوقع ہے۔ ذرائع کے مطابق پیٹر ول کی قیمتیں 50 پیسے فی لیٹر بڑھنے جبکہ ایچ او بی سی اور مٹی کے تیل کی قیمتوں میں 1 روپے فی لیٹر اضافے کا امکان ہے۔ ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ ڈیزل کی قیمتوں میں 50 پیسے کمی ہوسکتی ہے۔ پاکستان میں پیٹرولیم مصنوعات کی قیمتوں کا تعین عالمی قیمتوں کے حساب سے کیا جاتا ہے۔ ذرائع کے مطابق آج تک کی عالمی قیمتوں کے حساب سے یہ توقعات لگائی گئیں ہیں جس میں اگلے دو یا تین روز کے دوران معمولی تبدیلی کی گنجائش ہے۔
