A senior lawyer Salim Shah said if we see in the context of the tragedy in Charsadda during security forces operations those who accused of helping terrorists will also be put to death.

پشاور: قانونی ماہرین کا کہنا ہے کہ دہشت گردی کے واقعات میں دہشت گردوں کی کسی بھی طرح کی مدد اور انہیں سہولت فراہم کرنے والے بھی ملکی قانون کے تحت دہشت گردوں کی طرح ہی پھانسی کے مستحق ہیں۔
سینیئر وکیل سلیم شاہ ہوتی کا کہنا ہے کہ اگر اس تناظر میں دیکھا جائے تو سیکیورٹی فورسز کی کارروائیوں کے دوران سانحہ چارسدہ میں دہشت گردوں کی مدد کرنے والے گرفتار ملزمان کو بھی سزائے موت دی جائے گی۔
