Supreme Court to hear Kamran Faisal case today

(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: A bench of the Supreme Court Chamber will resume Karmran Officer in case death of Faisal today (Monday).




The bench comprising Justice Jawad S Khawaja and Justice Khilji Arif Hussain during the last hearing had issued notices to National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman and other officials, seeking registration record Federal Lodges CC TV, the autopsy report, data of phone calls between Mr. Faisal and NAB officials and police records.
NAB offices in Rawalpindi and Islamabad remained open on Saturday and Sunday despite weeks to complete the task assigned by the higher court. The NAB has filed the record with respect to the Supreme Court.
On Saturday, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) presented data from mobile phones to the court, while in the same day, police also presented the preliminary report on the mysterious death of NAB official, a copy of the FIR and statements of witnesses.

اسلام آباد....سپریم کورٹ میں نیب کے تفتیشی افسر کامران فیصل کی موت سے متعلق کیس کی سماعت آج ہو گی۔جسٹس جواد ایس خواجہ کی سربراہی میں دو رکنی بنچ کیس کی سماعت کرے گا۔ عدالت نے گزشتہ سماعت پر چیئرمین نیب اور سینئر حکام کو نوٹس جاری کرتے ہوئے فیڈرل لاجز کی سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج ، پوسٹ مارٹم کا رکارڈ ، کامران فیصل اور نیب حکام کے درمیان فون کالز کا ڈیٹا اور پولیس تحقیقات کا رکارڈ طلب کیا تھا۔عدالتی حکم کے بعد نیب ہیڈ کوارٹرز اور نیب راولپنڈی میں ہفتے اور اتوار کو چھٹی والے دن بھی کام ہوا اور متعلقہ ریکارڈ عدالت عظمیٰ میں جمع کرادیا گیا۔ اس سے پہلے ہفتے کے روز پی ٹی اے نے کامران فیصل کے موبائل فون کا ڈیٹا عدالت میں جمع کرا یا تھا۔ ذرائع کے مطابق اسی روز اسلام آباد پولیس نے کامران فیصل کیس کی ابتدائی رپورٹ بھی سپریم کورٹ میں جمع کرا ئی جس کے ساتھ پوسٹ مارٹم رپورٹ، ایف آئی آر کی نقل اور گواہوں کے بیانات بھی منسلک ہیں۔ ابتدائی رپورٹ میں شبہ ظاہر کیا گیا ہے کہ کامران فیصل نے خود کشی کی ہے۔ کامران فیصل کی موت کے 8 دن بعد ان کے قتل کا مقدمہ درج کیا گیا ہے۔
