Sheikhupura: Three killed in police encounter

(eNews.pk) - Sheikhupura: Police killed three defendants involved in kidnappings for ransom, in alleged encounter near Sharkpur Sharif, Geo news.




Police said they were moving faryad accused, involved in the kidnapping and murder of 16-year-old Tauseef one-and-a-half-weeks ago, at the scene when his accomplices ambushed a police van near Abdali bridge .
In retaliation, including all Faryad accused and his accomplices identified as Naeem Ahmed and Mehmood were also killed.

شیخوپورہ…شرقپور شریف کے قریب مبینہ پولیس مقابلے میں اغواء برائے تاوان کے تین ملزمان ہلاک ہو گئے۔ پولیس کے مطابق ڈیڑھ ہفتہ قبل 16 سالہ توصیف کو اغواء کرکے قتل کرنے والے ملزم فریاد کو جائے واردات پر لے جایا جا رہا تھا کہ ابدالی پل کے قریب گھات لگائے ملزم فریاد کے 2 ساتھیوں نے پولیس پر فائرنگ کر دی، تاہم جوابی فائرنگ کے نتیجے میں تینوں ملزمان موقع پر ہی ہلاک ہو گئے۔ ہلاک ہونے ولے ملزمان میں فریاد سمیت نعیم اور محمود احمد کے نام شامل ہیں۔
