Shahrukh Jatoi’s age report to be presented today

(eNews.pk) - KARACHI: The medical report concerning the verification of the age of the key accused in murder case Shahzeb, Shahrukh Jatoi, was present in court today (Monday), Geo news.




Seven members of a medical board, which determines the age constituted Shahrukh Jatoi has said that he is over 19 years old.
According to the birth and academic certificates Jatoi was born on November 27, 1993, therefore, his age is 19 years.
It is pertinent to mention here that the new medical board was formed after the court rejected a report prepared by a police doctor, who concluded that Shahrukh appeared to be minor.

کراچی… شاہ زیب قتل کیس کے مرکزی ملزم شاہ رخ جتوئی کی میڈیکل رپورٹ آج عدالت میں پیش کی جائے گئی۔ شاہ رخ جتوئی کی عمر کے تعین کے لیے عدالتی حکم پرقائم سات رکنی میڈیکل بورڈ ہفتے کے روز ملزم کی عمر 19 سال سے زائد قرار دے چکا ہے۔ ذرائع کے مطابق بورڈ نے ملزم کے دانتوں اورجسم کی مختلف ہڈیوں کے ایکسرے لئے جس سے عمر کا تعین کیا گیا۔ برتھ سرٹیفکیٹ اور تعلیمی اسناد کے مطابق شاہ رخ جتوئی کی تاریخ پیدائش 27 نومبر 1993 ہے۔ طبی رپورٹ آج عدالت میں پیش کی جائے گی۔ رپورٹ پرعدالتی کارروائی کے بعد شاہ رخ جتوئی کی بچہ جیل سے منتقلی اورمقدمہ انسداد دہشت گردی ایکٹ کے تحت چلائے جانے کا امکان ہے۔
