Irregularities in deploying information ministry

(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: Massive irregularities have occurred in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Ministry to appoint staffers in foreign countries.




According to sources, former Information Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira favored his personal staff and approve their appointment abroad without pohovoru.Schválení test and was also not taken from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Finance.
Sources said that one of the staffers Muhammad Gulzar was commissioned in the Pakistan embassy in Turkey.
Another employee of the Ministry of Information Amir Ashfaq was also commissioned in Malaysia, while one employee Pervez dAsti approval has been given for its delegation abroad.
Deployment order for the principle staff officer Shafqat Abbas, a former minister in Germany was also released.
Sources further said the former Information Secretary also issued an order to appoint his favorite staff members Muhammad Mushtaq of Pakistan's mission in Singapore and Majid Ali to Dubai.

اسلام آباد… وزارت اطلاعات میں بیرون ملک تقرریوں میں بڑے پیمانے پربے ضابطگیاں سامنے آئی ہیں، سابقہ وزیر جاتے جاتے ذاتی اسٹاف کونوازگئے، سابقہ وزیرنے بغیرکسی ٹیسٹ اورانٹرویو بیرون ملک تعیناتی کی منظوری دی، بیرون ملک تعیناتیوں کی وزارت خزانہ وخارجہ سے بھی منظوری نہیں لی گئی۔ ذرائع کے مطابق سابقہ وزیرکے ذاتی اسٹاف گلزارمحمدترکی کے پاکستانی سفارتخانے میں تعینات کردئیے گئے، گلزار محمد کو نوازنے کیلئے وزارت اطلاعات میں ڈیپوٹ کیاگیا ہے۔ وزارت اطلاعات کے ایک اور افسرعامر اشفاق کی بھی ملائیشیامیں تعیناتی کی گئی ہے، جبکہ وزارت اطلاعات کے ایک اورافسرپرویزستی کوبیرون ملک بھیجنے کی منظوری دی گئی ہے۔ ذرائع کے مطابق پرویزستی 1 سال بعدریٹائرہوجائیں گے، قانون کے مطابق4 سال مدت باقی ہونی چاہیے۔ قمرزمان کائرہ کے پرنسپل اسٹاف آفیسرشفقت عباس کے جرمنی میں تعیناتی کے آرڈر جاری کردئیے گئے، سابق سیکریٹری اطلاعات نے بھی من پسندوں کوبیرون ملک تعیناتی کے احکامات جاری کردیے۔ ذرائع کے مطابق سابق سیکریٹری اطلاعات کے خاص محمدمشتاق سنگاپورکے پاکستانی مشن میں تعینات کئے گئے ہیں، جبکہ سابق سیکریٹری نے منہ بولے بھتیجے ماجدعلی کو دبئی تعینات کرنیکاحکم دیدیا۔
