ICC approved Day and night Test matches

(eNews.pk) - DUBAI: The ICC on Monday approved the day / night Test matches, while the member boards to decide on the type and color of the ball must be used because the announced new playing conditions for tests, ODIs and T20 internationals ahead Sri Lanka and New Zealand series beginning Tuesday.




Some countries, including Australia and England, have experimented with day / night Test matches for some time and the decision of the ICC on Monday, the longest format of the game can be held under lights very soon.

دبئی … انٹرنیشنل کرکٹ کونسل نے ڈے اینڈ نائٹ ٹیسٹ میچز کی منظوری دے دی، فیصلے کا اطلاق آئندہ ماہ نیوزی لینڈ اور سری لنکا کے درمیان ہونے والی سیریز سے ہوگا۔ انٹرنیشنل کرکٹ کونسل کے اجلاس میں ڈے اینڈ نائٹ ٹیسٹ میچز کی منظوری دے دی ہے۔ آئی سی سی کے مطابق حریف ٹیموں پر منحصر ہے کہ وہ میچز ڈے نائٹ کھیلنا چاہیں تو کھیل سکتے ہیں۔ آئی سی سی نے حریف ٹیموں کو یہ بھی اجازت دی ہے کہ وہ اپنی مرضی کے رنگ کی گیند میچ میں استعمال کرسکیں۔ فیصلے کا اطلاق سترہ نومبر سے شروع ہونے والی سری لنکا اور نیوزی لینڈ کے درمیان سیریز سے ہوگا۔
