National cricketers will now take online fitness test

(eNews.pk) - LAHORE: After online coaching, an online fitness test for national cricketers has also come up.




According to sources, the fitness test on the national players' video call will be held on April 20, the fitness test plan has been arranged in a phased manner. But his fitness will be tested.


Due to the Corona virus it has been decided to test the fitness of the cricketers in this way so that the boys can stay active and maintain their fitness, the fitness plan has already been laid out by coaches and trainers, now online. All cricketers will soon be informed of the procedure on audio, domestic players have been asked to contact their team's trainers. Regular physical fitness tests are now taking place in June after the Corona virus improved its current conditions. Which will cover all necessary issues including gym, UV, one kilometer running. Chief selector Misbah already directed all the players that exercise not careless about his fitness.
