Court proceedings boycotted against lawyer killing

(eNews.pk) - KARACHI: Lawyers boycotted the proceedings in the Court of City and Malir for killing co-worker Tariq Advocate MM their right.




Lawyers do not appear before the court on Saturday in a protest to condemn the killing of senior lawyer and the prisoners were not presented before the court.
Lawyers demanded the arrest of the culprits involved in the murder of Tariq Advocate MM. The government has failed to provide security to the lawyers and the people, they said.

کراچی…سینئر وکیل ایم ایم طارق ایڈووکیٹ کے قتل کے خلاف وکلاء کا سٹی کورٹ اور ملیر کورٹ میں عدالتی کا م کا بائیکاٹ کیا۔جبکہ مقدمات کی سماعت کے لیے قیدیوں کو جیل سے نہیں لایا گیا۔ کراچی میں نامعلوم افراد کی فائرنگ سے قتل ہونے والے سینئر وکیل ایم ایم طارق ایڈووکیٹ کے قتل کے خلاف سٹی کورٹ اور ملیر کورٹ میں وکلاء نے واقعے کے خلاف عدالتی کام کا بائیکاٹ کیا۔ اس موقعے پر مقدمے کی سماعت کے لیے وکلاء عدالتوں میں پیش نہیں ہوئے جبکہ مقدمات کی سماعت کے لیے قیدیوں کو جیل سے بھی نہیں لایا گیا۔ وکلاء کے بائیکاٹ کی وجہ سے عدالتی اُمور متاثر ہیں۔ وکلاء نے مطالبہ کیا کہ سینئروکیل کے قتل میں ملوث ملزمان کو گرفتار کیا جائے۔ اُن کا کہنا تھا کہ حکومت وکلاء اور شہریوں کو تحفظ فراہم کرنے میں ناکام ہوچکی ہے۔
