CNG, Kalabagh issues should resolved in parliment

(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: Information Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira on Thursday said CNG prices and Kalabagh dam are public related matters should be adopted in parliament to warn if the courts continue to interfere in such matters than "the government would also challenges more difficult.




He spoke to the media following a conference on Disaster Management of SAARC countries.
Referring to the significant reduction in CNG prices by the apex court, the reporters said that the judge who eventually got the CNG prices drastically and asked the minister why the government failed to do so.
Kaira said in response to the matters in question should be decided in parliament instead of the courts.

اسلام آباد…وفاقی وزیر اطلاعات قمرزمان کائرہ نے کہاہے کہ سی این جی کی قیمتوں اورکالاباغ ڈیم جیسے معاملات عوامی نوعیت کے ہیں، یہ پارلیمنٹ میں حل ہونے چاہئیں ۔عدالتیں ایسے معاملات میں یونہی مداخلت کرتی رہیں توحکومت بھی انہیں الجھالے گی۔ اسلام آباد میں سارک ممالک کی ڈیزاسٹر مینجمنٹ کانفرنس کے بعد میڈیا نے جب وزیراطلاعات سے پوچھاکہ سی این جی کی قیمتیں بالاخر عدالت نے کم کیں ۔حکومت نے کیوں نہ کیں ؟قمرزمان کائرہ نے کہاکہ ایسے معاملات عدالتوں میں نہیں سیاسی اداروں میں حل ہونے چاہئیں۔ ایک سوال کے جواب میں وزیراطلاعات کاکہناتھاکہ وہ جنرل حمید گل کو آخری مرتبہ مشورہ دیتے ہیں کہ وہ اپنے لہجے اور زبان کو قابو میں رکھیں، انہوں نے بطور جنرل جو کچھ کیا اور جو آج کر رہے ہیں ، وہ سب قوم کے سامنے ہے۔
