BB case hearing adjourned till May 5

(eNews.pk) - RAWALPNID: Anti Terrorist Court (ATC) Rawalpindi No.1 adjounrned the hearing of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto murder case till May 5 due to the absence of prosecutors, Geo news reported.




The ATC resumed the hearing of the case today. Around 15 witnesses have recorded their statements before the court so far.
Earlier, on April 18, ATC-I Judge Shahid Rafiq had adjourned the hearing in Benazir Bhutto murder case till April 28.
The hearing was adjourned without any further proceedings as the special public prosecutor was busy in the Lahore High Court.
Also, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Special Public Prosecutor Chaudhry Zulfiqar had filed an application in the court that Special Public Prosecutor Chaudhry Azhar is busy in the Lahore High Court.

راولپنڈي… سابق وزيراعظم بينظير بھٹو کے قتل کيس اور ممبئي حملہ سازش کيس ميں گرفتار ملزموں کے ٹرائل کي آج ايک بار پھر سماعت نہيں ہوسکي . راول پنڈي ميں انسداد دہشت گردي کي عدالت ، بينظيربھٹو قتل کيس اور ممبئي حملہ سازش کيس کا اڈيالہ جيل ميں ٹرائل کرتي ہے، گزشتہ چار سماعتوں کے موقع پر بعض اوقات جج يا وکلاء کے نہ ہونے کي وجہ سے انہيں ملتوي کيا جاتا رہا، آج پھر ان کيسز کي سماعت مقرر تھي ليکن فريق استغاثہ ايف آئي اے کے دونوں سينئر وکلاء کي عدم موجودگي کي وجہ سے پھر سماعت نہ ہوسکي، اسي عدالت نے سابق صدر جنرل ريٹائرڈ پرويزمشرف کي جائيداد ضبطگي کيخلاف بيگم صہبا مشرف کي درخواست پر بھي سماعت کرنا ہوتي ہے، عدالتي عملہ نے آج ان کيسز کي سماعت 5 مئي کو کرنے کي تاريخ دے دي.
