APCNGA says OGRA violated SC orders

(eNews.pk) - KARACHI: Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Partnerships are divided on the last bar of commodity prices by the Regulatory Authority of Oil and Gas (OGRA) notified following a decision of the Supreme Court, Geo news.




According to sources, Central President of Pakistan CNG Association (APCNGA) Ghiyas Abdullah Paracha, has refused to accept the decision, while the head of CNG Station Owners Association, Malik Khuda Bux, accepted.
Commenting on this sweep bar, Paracha said it was equivalent to forcing vendors GNC bankrupt.
He alleged that OGRA had violated the court's decision.
"No media can survive CNG so the operational cost to zero. OGRA has isinterpreted SC order," said Paracha while talking to Geo news.

کراچی … سپریم کورٹ کے حکم پر سی این جی کی قیمتوں میں کمی پر سی این جی ایسوسی ایشنز نے ملے جلے رد عمل کا اظہار کیا ہے، غیاث پراچہ نے قیمتوں میں کمی کے اوگرا کے فیصلے کو سی این جی اسٹیشن جبری بند کرانے کے مترادف قرار دیتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ آپریشنل کوسٹ صفر کرکے کوئی سی این جی اسٹیشن نہیں چل سکتا، ملک خدا بخش کا کہنا ہے کہ سپریم کورٹ کا فیصلہ قبول کرتے ہیں۔ چیئرمین سی این جی ایسو سی ایشن غیاث پراچہ نے کہا ہے کہ اوگرا نے سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے کی غلط تشریح کی، آپریشنل کوسٹ صفر کرکے کوئی سی این جی اسٹیشن نہیں چل سکتا۔ انہوں نے کہا ہے کہ اوگرا کا فیصلہ سی این جی اسٹیشن جبری بند کرنے کے مترادف ہے، سپریم کورٹ کے حکم کی خلاف ورزی کی گئی ہے۔ چیئرمین سی این جی اونرز ایسو سی ایشن کا کہنا ہے کہ سپریم کورٹ کا فیصلہ قبول ہے۔
