Akbar Bugti's killing to began distractions, AG

(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: Balochistan Advocate General Amanullah Kanrani said Friday that the disease in the province began after the assassination of Nawab Akbar Bugti and as such, the assassination Akbar Bugti were responsible for the unrest in Balochistan, he argued.




Supreme three members bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry is hearing the Balochistan law and order case. Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Aslam Raisani is also present in the courtroom.
AG further continuation of his argument is recalled that it was said in the court order that the unrest since 2006. He said that nothing could be done in twelve years, what would happen in two years.
Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry intermediate said I had asked for the holding of elections, because there was another solution except this.

اسلام آباد …سپریم کورٹ میں بلوچستان امن و امان کیس کی سماعت کے دوران ایڈووکیٹ جنرل بلوچستان امان اللہ کنرانی نے دلائل دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ بلوچستان میں خلفشار نواب اکبر بگٹی کے قتل سے شروع ہوا،بلوچستان میں گڑ بڑ کے ذمے دار اکبر بگٹی کے قاتل ہیں،عدالتی حکم میں بھی کہا گیا کہ گڑ بڑ2006 سے شروع ہوئی ۔ ایڈووکیٹ جنرل بلوچستان نے کہا کہ 12 سال میں کچھ نہیں ہوا، 2 سال میں کیا ہو گا۔ اس پر چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان جسٹس افتخار محمد چوہدری نے کہا کہ ہم نے کہا تھاالیکشن کروا دیں ، اسکے سوا کوئی حل نہیں ۔ایڈووکیٹ جنرل بلوچستان نے کہا کہ 2 ماہ میں انتخابات کرانے جارہے ہیں۔سماعت کے دوران چیف جسٹس کے بار بار روکنے کے باوجود ایڈووکیٹ جنرل بلوچستان بولتے رہے، جس پر چیف نے کہا کہ آپ بات کیوں نہیں سنتے ، لگتا ہے آپ لڑنے آئے ہیں۔ چیف جسٹس افتخارمحمدچوہدری کی سربراہی میں سپریم کورٹ کا تین رکنی بیچ سماعت کررہا ہے۔ وزیر اعلیٰ بلوچستان نواب اسلم رئیسانی بھی کمرہ عدالت میں موجود ہیں۔
