17 judicial judges are not in wisdom, Aitzaz Ahsan

(eNews.pk) - ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People's Party leader and senior lawyer Senator Aitzaz Ahsan, the judges of the Supreme Court criticized for what he said suo moto action of misuse, Geo news reported on Wednesday.




Speaking to media, Ahsan said that the right of appeal was also abolished after the suo moto proceedings, adding that in some cases the judiciary itself as the most powerful.
The PPP senator, who played an important role in the restoration of the deposed judges of the Supreme Court in Musharraf regime, said that decision on CNG price was those who consumed gasoline, while the apex court decision on sugar was not in favor of the economy.
Answering a question about the Supreme Court ruling in case Asgahr Khan Ahsan said action should be taken against the politicians who receive money.
He wondered that those lawyers who prayed behind the Dogar was now champion lawyers movement.

اسلام آباد…سپریم کورٹ بار کے سابق صدر چودھری اعتزاز احسن نے کہا ہے کہ عدلیہ کے سترہ جج عقل کل نہیں، اصغر خان کیس میں تفتیش ہوئی تو پیسے لینے والے سیاست دانوں کو بھی سزا ہو گی ۔لاہور میں میڈیا سے گفت گو کرتے ہوئے چودھری اعتزاز احسن نے کہا کہ عدلیہ نے کئی غلط فیصلے کیے، بعض جگہوں پر عدلیہ خود کو بہت طاقتور سمجھتی ہے جو غلط ہے،انہوں نے کہا کہ سوموٹو اختیار کا بے جا استعمال نہیں ہونا چاہیے، سو موٹو کارروائی کے بعد اپیل کا حق ختم ہو جاتا ہے۔اعتزاز احسن کا کہنا تھا کہ سی این جی کے فیصلے سے پٹرول والوں کو کوئی فائدہ نہیں ہوا ،چینی کا فیصلہ بھی ملکی معیشت کیلئے بہتر نہیں تھا۔ اصغر خان کیس میں تفتیش ہوئی تو پیسے لینے والے سیاستدانوں کو بھی سزا ہو گی ،انہوں نے اس بات پر حیرت کا اظہار کیا کہ ڈوگر کے پیچھے نماز پڑھنے والے وکلاء تحریک کے چمپئن بنے ہوئے ہیں۔
