6-8 kg of explosives used: CCPO Lhr

(eNews.pk) - LAHORE: CCPO Lahore Aslam Tareen said Tuesday that 6-8 kg of explosives was used in the Railway station blast.




According to the initial investigation report, the explosives were of high intensity. The CCPO further said that 2 people were killed while 27 others were injured in the explosion. He termed the blast as an act of terrorism.
Tareen questioned how the explosion took place near the counter of the Business Train despite all the security measures in place.

لاہور…سي سي پي او لاہور اسلم ترين نے ريلوے اسٹيشن بم دھماکے کے حوالے سے کہا ہے کہ ابتدائي تحقيقات کے مطابق دھماکے ميں6سے8کلو گرام مواد استعمال کيا گيا جس کي نوعيت ہائي انٹين سٹي تھي.سي سي پي او کے مطابق واقعے ميں2افراد جاں بحق اور27زخمي ہو ئے جبکہ جابحق ہونے والوں ميں ايک ريلوے پوليس اہلکار بھي شامل ہے.اسلم ترين نے دھماکے کو دہشت گردي کا واقعہ قرار ديتے ہو ئے کہا کہ اس حوالے سے بھي تحقيقات کي جائيں گي کہ اتني سخت چيکنگ کے باوجود دھماکا خيز مواد بزنس ٹرين کے کاؤنٹر تک کس طرح پہنچا.
