Veena to sue FHM India for Rs 50 crore
(eNews.pk) - MUMBAI: Veena Malik has announced to sue FHM India magazine for Rs 50 crore, accusing it of morphing her photo, Geo news reported.

Veena initially sued the magazine for Rs 100 million after which the magazine sent a legal reply to Meera over threatening to sue her for Rs 250 million.

In legal reply to her notice, FHM India categorically denied that her photo had been morphed, and said that Malik was the one who had initially pursued the magazine for a shoot.

Talking to Geo news, Veena Malik said that she had objection on only one photo. She said that Indian magazine was silent on the signed agreement between them, adding that she would now sue the magazine for Rs 50 crore.

ممبئی ... بھارت میں مقیم پاکستانی اداکارہ وینا ملک کا کہنا ہے کہ قابل اعتراض تصاویر شائع کرنے پر وہ اب بھارتی میگزین پر 50کروڑ روپے کا دعویٰ کریں گی ، بھارتی میگزین نے قابل اعتراض تصاویر شائع کرنے کے قانونی نوٹس کا جواب دیتے 25 کروڑ روپے کے دعوے کا اعلان کردیا ہے۔بھارتی میگزین کا کہنا ہے کہ وینا ملک نے فوٹو شوٹ مرضی سے کرایا تھا۔ سرورق پر شائع ہونے والی تصویر انہیں پہلے دکھائی گئی تھی اور وینا ملک اپنی تصاویر کو دیکھ کر بہت پرجوش تھیں۔ جیو نیوز سے بات کرتے ہوئے وینا ملک نے کہا کہ انہیں صرف ایک تصویر پراعتراض ہے،وینا ملک کا کہنا تھا کہ بھارتی میگزین ان کے معاہدے پر دستخط کے بارے میں خاموش ہے۔ اور اب وہ میگزین کے خلاف دس نہیں بلکہ پچاس کروڑ روپے کا ہرجانے کا دعویٰ دائر کریں گی۔
