DALLAS: Police and Mansoor Shah, a popular Pakistani-American community leader and North Texas (PSNT) Society and former president of Pakistan, as the autopsy report claimed it was a suicide case. However, the Shah was a second autopsy on the insistence of family members and report back with the same result.

ڈیلس (راجہ زاہد اختر خانزادہ…نمائندہ جنگ/جیونیوز) پاکستانی کمیونٹی کے معروف رہنما اور پاکستان سوسائٹی کے سابق صدر منصور شاہ جن کی لاش 15 روز قبل آرلنگٹن میں واقع یونائیٹڈ سینٹرل بینک کے پارکنگ ایریا میں کھڑی ان کی گاڑی سے برآمدہوئی تھی جبکہ پولیس رپورٹ اورپوسٹ مارٹم رپورٹ میں اس واقعہ کو خودکشی کا واقعہ قرار دیا گیا تھا تاہم دوبارہ کی جانے والی پوسٹ مارٹم رپورٹ میں بھی اسواقعہ کو خودکشی قراردیاگیا ہے۔ گذشتہ رات ایک نجی سماجی تقریب میں جنگ/جیونیوز سے خصوصی گفتگوکرتے ہوئے منصورشاہ کی لاش کا دوبارہ پوسٹ مارٹم کرنے والے ٹیرفٹ کاؤنٹی کے چیف میڈیکل ایگزامنر ڈاکٹر نظام پیرانی نے کہاکہ لاش کا پوسٹ مارٹم کرنے کے بعد جو شواہد ملے ہیں وہ اس بات کی نشاندہی کرتے ہیں کہ انہوں نے خودکشی کی ہے۔ ڈاکٹر نظام پیرانی نے اس سوال کے جواب میں کہ کیا ایک خودکشی کرنے والا شخص دو گولیاں خود اپنے آپ کو مار سکتا ہے؟ سوال کے جواب میں کہا کہ میرے پاس ایک ایسا کیس بھی آیا تھا جس میں خودکشی کرنے والے نے4 گولیاں خود اپنے سینے پرماری تھیں۔ انہوں نے کہاکہ منصور شاہ کی لاش کا پوسٹ مارٹم کرنے پر پتہ چلا کہ ایک گولی تھوڑی کے نیچے لگی جو کہ زبان کو چیرتے ہوئے گال سے نکل گئی جس سے ان کی موت واقع نہیں ہوئی بلکہ وہ اس وقت مکمل حواس میں تھے کیونکہ پہلے فائر کے نتیجے میں جسم کا کوئی عضو بیکار نہیں ہوا تھا۔ اس طرح بعد میں دوسری گولی ماری گئی جو کہ ان کی کنپٹی پرلگی جس کے نتیجے میں ہی موت واقع ہوئی۔ ڈاکٹر نظام پیرانی سے جب یہ سوال کیا گیاکہ یہ اندازہ کیسے لگایاگیاکہ یہ گولیاں خود منصور شاہ نے ہی ماریں تھیں؟ اس پر انہوں نے کہاکہ معدہ سے ان کا وہ خون جو کہ پہلے زخم تھا پوسٹ مارٹم میں برآمد ہوا جو کہ اس بات کا ثبوت ہے کہ یہ گولی پہلے ماری گئی کیونکہ کسی بھی شخص کے معدہ میں اس وقت تک کوئی چیز نہیں جاسکتی جب تک کہ وہ خود اس کے اندر نے نگلے اس سے ظاہر ہوتا ہے کہ وہ اس وقت زندہ تھے اور منہ میں آیا ہوا خون تھوک کے ہمراہ نگل گئے کوکہ معدہ سے برآمد ہوا جبکہ ان کے جس ہاتھ سے گن برآمد ہوئی اس پر بھیفائر ہونے سے وقت خون کا پریشر لگا جس کی وجہ سے ان کے اپنے ہاتھ اپے ہی خون سے لہو لہان ہوگئے تھے جس سے اندازہ لگایاگیاکہ انہوں نے ہی وہ پہلا فائر کیا جوکہ نان فیٹل شاٹ تھا جس کے بعد دوسرا فائر کرکے انہوں نیاپنی زندگی کو ختم کرلیا۔ایک اور سوال کے جواب میں ڈاکٹڑ نظام نے بتایاکہ انکے معدے سے کوئی بھی نشہ آور چیز یا الکوحل برآمد نہیں ہوئی ان کا جسم اس سے پاک تھا۔ اس لئے یہ کہا جاسکتا ہے کہ وہ اس وقت اپنے مکمل حواس میں تھے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ لوگ یہ سوال کرتے ہیں کہ انہو ں نے خودکشی کیوں کی؟ تو اس کاجواب میرے پاس نہیں ہے، تاہم لاش کے پوسٹ مارٹم کے نتیجے میں میری رولنگ ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ان کے اختیارات ڈسٹرکٹ جج کے برابرہیں اور ان کی اس رولنگ کو اپیلٹ کورٹ میں ہی چیلنج کیا جاسکتا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ مجھے منصور شاہ کے اہل خانہ سے ہمدردی ہے جبکہ منصور شاہ ایک اچھے کمیونٹی لیڈر تھے تاہم بحیثیت ڈاکٹر پوسٹ مارٹم کے بعد جو حقائق سامنے آئے ہیں وہ اس طرح کے ہیں۔
