Involved in Mumbai attacks, Ajmal Kasab hanged

(eNews.pk) - NEW DELHI: The only surviving Mumbai gunman, Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasab, was hanged in silence in India for his role in the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, Geo news.




Reports have it that he was taken to jail in Mumbai Pune Yerwada covertly as the Indian government did not want to draw too much hype to this high-profile hanging.
The executioner put the noose of Kasab and pulled the lever at 7:30 am Indian Standard Time. Doctors pronounced him dead shortly after the hanging, said medium.
He was taken to Yerwada Jail in Mumbai Cental as it was the closest prison equipped with gallows. Reports are also doing rounds in the Indian media as to who executed Yerwada jail Kasab had no dedicated public executioner.

نئی دہلی. . . .ممبئی حملوں میں ملوث اجمل قصاب کو ارونہ جیل میں پھانسی دے دی گئی ہے۔بھارتی میڈ یا کے مطابق بھارتی صدر نے اجمل قصاب کی رحم اپیل مستر د کردی تھی جس کے بعد صبح 7:30 بجے بھارت کی ارونا کی جیل میں پھانسی دے دی گئی ہے۔بھارتی میڈیا کے مطابق بھارتی سپریم کورٹ نے اجمل قصاب کو مجرم قرار دیئے جانے کے بعد موت کی سزا سنائی تھی۔پھانسی دینے کے بعد ڈاکٹروں نے اجمل قصاب کی موت کی تصدیق کردی ہے۔اجمل قصاب کا کیس چار سال سے عدالت میں چل رہا تھا جس کے بعد اسے ممبئی حملوں میں ملوث ہونے پر مجرم قرار دے کر پھانسی کی سزا سنائی تھی۔
