Helicopter fell down in UK, 2 killed, 2 injured

(eNews.pk) - LONDON: A helicopter crashed into a crane on top of one of the tallest residential buildings in Europe on Wednesday, killing two people, as it caught fire and spiraling down in peak hour traffic near the Houses of Parliament in London.




Police said there was nothing to suggest a link with terrorism accident on a foggy morning on the south bank of the River Thames, less than a kilometer from the Parliament of Great Britain, home of the secret services and the site of a new embassy U.S..
In Parliament, at the end of the day, Prime Minister David Cameron said the helicopter flights over a city with a growing number of skyscrapers need to be carefully examined.

لندن … لندن میں دریائے ٹیمز کے قریب ہیلی کاپٹر گر کر تباہ ہو گیا، حادثے میں 2افراد ہلاک اور 2 زخمی ہوگئے۔ میڈیا رپورٹس کے مطابق حادثہ وسطی لندن میں ریلوے اسٹیشن کے قریب پیش آیا اور ہیلی کاپٹر عمارت پر کھڑی کرین سے ٹکرانے کے بعد زمین پر گر کر تباہ ہو گیا۔ حادثے کے فوری بعد پولیس اور فائر بریگیڈ موقع پر پہنچ گئی۔ اسکاٹ لینڈ یارڈ نے حادثے میں 2 افراد کی ہلاکت کی تصدیق کردی ہے۔ 2 زخمیوں کو ساوٴتھ لندن اسپتال منتقل کردیا گیا ہے۔ حادثے کے بعد وسطی لندن میں تمام ٹرین سروسز معطل کردی گئی ہیں۔ ہیلی کاپٹر گرنے کے مقام سے امریکی سفارتخانے کی نئی زیر تعمیر عمارت اور ایم آئی انٹیلی جنس سروسز کا دفتر چند گز کے فاصلے پر ہے۔
