Fire engulfs cardboard godown, factory in Lahore

(eNews.pk) - LAHORE: Fire engulfed a godown and a factory in Kasur Pura Ravi Road area of Lahore gutting machinery worth millions of rupees, cardboards and various other goods, Geo news reported on late Thursday night.




According to the report, fire fighters managed to extinguish fire after struggle of four hours. Fire brigade official said that the fire broke out in a factory and godown due to short-circuit.
Ten vans of fire brigade took part in the operation. Residents of the area rushed outside of their homes.

لاہور … لاہور کے علاقے راوي روڈ قصور پورہ ميں واقع گتہ فيکٹري اورگودام ميں آگ بھڑک اٹھي جس سے کروڑوں روپے کي مشينري، گتہ اورديگر سامان جل کرراکھ ہوگيا، فائر بريگيڈ نے چار گھنٹے کي سرتوڑکوشش کے بعد آگ پر قابو پايا.فائربريگيڈ کے مطابق قصورپورہ کي گتہ فيکٹري اورگودام ميں آگ شارٹ سرکٹ سے لگي جس کے بعد دھويں کے بادل دوردور تک نظرآنے لگے . آگ کي شدت اس قدر زيادہ تھي کہ لوگوں نے آس پاس کے گھر خالي کرديئے. آگ بجھانے ميں فائربريگيڈ کي 10گاڑيوں اور فيکٹري کے مالک داود کے مطابق آگ شارٹ سرکٹ کي وجہ سے لگي.آگ بجھانے کے دوران فائر بريگيڈ کي دس گاڑيوں نے حصہ ليا . دھوئيں ميں دم گھٹ کر فائربريگيڈ کا ا ايک اہلکار بے ہوش گيا جسے ريسکيو 1122نے طبي امداد فراہم کي.
