US Congress finds AG Holder in contempt

(eNews.pk) - WASHINGTON: Attorney General Eric Holder, was found in contempt of Congress on Thursday as the Republican-controlled House of Representatives passage of the nation's senior law enforcement for the retention of certain documents relating to a failed smuggling arms of the probe.




The majority vote was 255-67 in favor of the first was quoted a lawyer sitting cabinet member for the general presidential and contempt by the full House. No vote of the Senate is necessary at this contempt citation House.

واشنگٹن…امريکي کانگريس نے اٹارني جنرل ايرک ہولڈرکوہتھياروں سے متعلق محکمہ انصاف کي اہم دستاويزچھپانے پرتوہين کانگريس کاملزم ٹھہراديا.ايرک ہولڈرکاکہنا ہے کہ اس اقدام سے غيرضروري عدالتي تنازع پيدا ہوگا.امريکي ايوان نمائندگان نے اٹارني جنرل ايرک ہولڈر کوميکسيکوکي سرحد پرہتھياروں کي اسمگلنگ سے متعلق تحقيقاتي دستاويز چھپانے پر توہين کانگرس کامرتکب قراردے ديا. اس بارے ميں ايوان نمائندگان ميں ووٹنگ ہوئي جس ميں ارکان نے67 کے مقابلے ميں 255 ووٹوں سے ايرک کوتوہين کانگريس کاملزم ٹھہرايا.وائٹ ہاوس کے کميونيکيشن ڈائريکٹڑ Dan Pfeiffer نے کانگريس ميں ايرک ہولڈرسيمتعلق ووٹنگ کي مذمت کرتے ہوئے اسے سياسي حربہ قرار ديا جبکہ اٹارني جنرل کاکہناہے کہ اس اقدام سے غيرضروري عدالتي تنازع پيدا ہوسکتاہے.
