(eNews.pk) - Usually cold fruit juice drinks are considered less harmful, but experts say it could prove disastrous for human health. A study at the University of Glasgow, it is noted that the use of fruit juice sweetened with diabetes increases the risk of being studied is the use of the beverage and the slower lifestyle of diabetes, more likely times increases. عموماً پھلوں کے جوس کولڈ ڈرنکس کی نسبت کم نقصان دہ تصور کئے جاتے ہیں مگر ماہرین کا کہنا ہے کہ یہ بھی انسانی صحت کیلئے تباہ کن ثابت سکتے ہیں۔اسکاٹ لینڈ کی گلاسگو یونیورسٹی میں ہونے والی ایک تحقیق میں یہ بات سامنے آئی ہے کہ پھلوں کے میٹھے جوس کا زیادہ استعمال ذیابیطس میں مبتلا ہونے کا خطرہ بڑھا دیتا ہے۔تحقیق میں کہا گیا ہے کہ مشروبات کے استعمال اور سست طرز زندگی کے باعث ذیابیطس کا امکان کئی گُنا زیادہ بڑھ جاتا ہے۔ ماہرین کا کہنا ہے کہ فروٹ جوسز میں چینی کی مقدار کولڈ ڈرنکس کے برابر ہی ہوتی ہے جس سے امراض کا خطرہ بڑھ جاتا ہے اور 3 ماہ تک لگاتار آدھا لیٹر جوس کا استعمال انسولین کے نظام میں خرابی اور موٹاپے کا سبب بن سکتا ہے۔
