Donald Trump’s US president said he was “happy” about Kim Jong’s reappearance and the North Korean leader appeared to be healthy.
Trump tweeted, “I’m glad to see he’s back, and good!”
Trump’s tweet came after Kim’s first public appearance in nearly 3 weeks after intense speculation that Kim was seriously ill or possibly dead.
State television in North Korea showed Kim how he walked, smiled widely, and smoked a cigarette at the inauguration ceremony of a fertilizer factory in Sunchon, north of Pyongyang.
