نیوزی لینڈ کی مساجد پر وحشیانہ حملہ آور کو 24 اگست کو پھانسی دی جائے گی
عالمی خبر رساں ادارے کے مطابق ، نیوزی لینڈ کی عدالت عظمیٰ کے جسٹس کیمرون مینڈر نے مساجد پر حملے میں ملوث آسٹریلیائی شہری برینٹن ٹارنٹ کو سزائے موت سنائی ہے اور 24 اگست کو پھانسی کی تاریخ مقرر کی ہے۔
پھانسی کی تاریخ میں تاخیر کی وجہ بتاتے ہوئے پراسیکیوٹر نے کہا کہ مساجد میں شہید ہونے والے افراد کے اہل خانہ اس وقت نیوزی لینڈ میں موجود نہیں اور کورونا کی وبا کی وجہ سے فوری طور پر واپس نہیں آسکتے۔
پراسیکیوٹر نے مزید کہا کہ اگر کورونا کی وبا کی وجہ سے 24 اگست تک یہ لواحقین نیوزی لینڈ نہیں پہنچے تو ، پھانسی کے وقت ویڈیو کانفرنس کے ذریعے اہل خانہ کی موجودگی کو یقینی بنایا جائے گا۔ اس سال کے شروع میں برینٹن پر 51 افراد کے قتل کے جرم اور 40 پر اقدام قتل فرد جرم عائد کی گئی تھی۔
According to the World News Agency, New Zealand’s Supreme Court Justice Cameron Mander has sentenced Brenton Tarant, an Australian citizen involved in the mosque attack, to death and set August 24 as the date of execution.
Explaining the reason for the delay in the execution date, the prosecutor said that the families of those martyred in the mosques were not present in New Zealand at the moment and could not return immediately due to the Corona epidemic.
The prosecutor added that if the family did not arrive in New Zealand by August 24 due to the Corona epidemic, the presence of the family would be ensured through video conferencing at the time of the execution. Earlier this year, Brenton was charged with 51 counts of murder and 40 counts of attempted murder.
