آئی ایچ سی نے انکوائری کمیشن کی رپورٹ کے خلاف شوگر ملرز کی درخواست مسترد کردی
اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ نے منگل کو شوگر ملرز کی تحقیقات اور انکوائری کمیشن کے تشکیل کے خلاف شوگر ملرز کی انجمن کے ذریعہ دائر انٹرا کورٹ کی درخواست مسترد کردی۔
آئی ایچ سی نے اس درخواست پر فیصلہ سناتے ہوئے چیف جسٹس اطہر من اللہ کے ابتدائی فیصلے کو برقرار رکھا اور حکام کو چینی بحران کے ذمہ دار لوگوں کے خلاف کارروائی جاری رکھنے کی اجازت دی۔
جسٹس میانگ الحسن اورنگزیب اور جسٹس لبنا سلیم پرویز پر مشتمل دو رکنی بنچ نے محفوظ فیصلہ سنانے کا اعلان کیا۔ عدالت نے بتایا کہ چینی بحران کے ذمہ داروں کی شناخت کے لئے تشکیل دیئے گئے کمیشن کے آئین اور رپورٹ کو محض تکنیکی امور کے شبہے پر کالعدم قرار نہیں دیا جاسکتا۔
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday rejected an intra-court petition filed by the Sugar Millers Association against the investigation of Sugar Millers and formation of a commission of inquiry.
The IHC upheld Chief Justice Athar Minallah’s initial decision on the petition and allowed the authorities to continue taking action against those responsible for the Chinese crisis.
A two-member bench comprising Justice Mianul Hassan Aurangzeb and Justice Lubna Saleem Pervez announced the safe verdict. The court said the constitution and report of the commission set up to identify those responsible for the Chinese crisis could not be quashed on the grounds of mere technicalities.
