سندھ نے ہائبرڈ بس منصوبے کی منظوری دے دی
The Sindh cabinet has approved the purchase of 250 hybrid buses for the Sindh Intra-District People’s Bus Service.
An update on the bus service project was given at a meeting of the provincial cabinet chaired by Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah.
It was told in the meeting that these buses will run in Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana, Mirpur Khas and Shaheed Benazirabad.
The cabinet said that the Sindh government has allocated Rs 8 billion for development in the financial year 2020-2021 while Rs 6.4 billion in 2021-2022.
It was told in the meeting that when this project becomes operational, 3000 posts will be created in it.
The cabinet approved the proposal to acquire buses for the project, which will be procured from China in December.
NRTC will participate in bus terminals and other facilities.
The cabinet also allowed agriculture experts to finance Kharif crops. It was informed in the meeting that the government has given permission for relief for Kharif crop.
This fund will be given to small-scale farmers, who will be divided into two slabs, A category farmers having land up to 16 acres, while B category farmers will be farmers with 16 acres to 50 acres.
According to the briefing, “the union government and the Sindh government will contribute 75:25 per cent of the subsidy.”
However, a subsidy of Rs 1,200 per acre will be given on paddy and cotton seeds.
Giving further information, the cabinet said that the Board of Revenue (BOR) has collected the data of farmers and they will be given subsidy through Sindh Bank. It was informed in the meeting that Sindh Bank will issue People’s Green Card for release of subsidy.

وزیراعلیٰ سید مراد علی شاہ کی زیرصدارت صوبائی کابینہ کے اجلاس میں بس سروس پراجیکٹ کے بارے میں اپ ڈیٹ دی گئی۔
اجلاس میں بتایا گیا کہ یہ بسیں کراچی ، حیدرآباد ، سکھر ، لاڑکانہ ، میرپور خاص اور شہید بینظیر آباد میں چلیں گی۔
کابینہ نے کہا کہ سندھ حکومت نے مالی سال 2020-2021 میں ترقی کے لیے 8 ارب روپے جبکہ 2021-2022 میں 6.4 ارب روپے مختص کیے ہیں۔
میٹنگ میں بتایا گیا کہ جب یہ پروجیکٹ آپریشنل ہو جائے گا تو اس میں 3000 پوسٹیں بنائی جائیں گی۔
کابینہ نے اس منصوبے کے لیے بسوں کے حصول کی تجویز کی منظوری دی جو دسمبر میں چین سے خریدی جائے گی۔
این آر ٹی سی بس ٹرمینلز اور دیگر سہولیات میں حصہ لے گی۔
کابینہ نے ماہرین زراعت کو خریف کی فصلوں کی مالی اعانت کی بھی اجازت دی۔ اجلاس میں بتایا گیا کہ حکومت نے خریف کی فصل کے لیے امداد کی اجازت دے دی ہے۔
یہ فنڈ چھوٹے پیمانے کے کسانوں کو دیا جائے گا ، جنہیں دو سلیب میں تقسیم کیا جائے گا ، اے کیٹیگری کے کسان جن کے پاس 16 ایکڑ تک زمین ہے ، جبکہ بی کیٹیگری کے کسان 16 ایکڑ سے 50 ایکڑ تک کسان ہوں گے۔
بریفنگ کے مطابق ، “مرکزی حکومت اور سندھ حکومت سبسڈی کا 75:25 فیصد حصہ ڈالے گی۔”
تاہم دھان اور کپاس کے بیج پر 1200 روپے فی ایکڑ سبسڈی دی جائے گی۔
مزید معلومات دیتے ہوئے کابینہ نے کہا کہ بورڈ آف ریونیو (بی او آر) نے کسانوں کا ڈیٹا اکٹھا کیا ہے اور انہیں سندھ بینک کے ذریعے سبسڈی دی جائے گی۔ اجلاس میں بتایا گیا کہ سندھ بینک سبسڈی جاری کرنے کے لیے پیپلز گرین کارڈ جاری کرے گا۔
