A five-member bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, headed by Justice Gulzar Ahmed, Pakistan’s Supreme Judge (CJP), will hear the Coronavirus suo motu notice on May 4, which included the Attorney General, the Advocates General, and the Secretaries General published notices.
Justice Gulzar Ahmed previously expressed deep indignation at those responsible for the measures to contain the pandemic. He said the government had not taken adequate measures, adding that the center and provincial governments had no transparency in their performance.
The Supreme Court asked the government to remove him while raising concerns over the Prime Minister’s special assistant, Dr. Zafar Mirza, during the coronavirus crisis.

قبل ازیں ، چیف جسٹس گلزار احمد نے وبائی مرض پر قابو پانے کے اقدامات کے ذمہ داروں پر شدید غم و غصے کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ حکومت نے مناسب اقدامات نہیں کیے ، انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ مرکز اور صوبائی حکومتوں کی کارکردگی میں شفافیت کا فقدان ہے۔
اعلی عدالت نے وزیر اعظم کے معاون خصوصی برائے صحت ڈاکٹر ظفر مرزا کی کورونا وائرس کے بحران کے دوران کارکردگی پر تشویش کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے حکومت سے مطالبہ کیا کہ وہ انہیں ہٹائیں۔
