سانحہ سیالکوٹ پر چیف جسٹس سے از خود نوٹس کی درخواست
An application has been submitted to the Chief Justice of Pakistan for self-notification on the Sialkot tragedy.
The lawyer has requested the Chief Justice of Pakistan to take suo motu notice of the Wazirabad tragedy, in which it has been stated that action should be taken against those responsible for taking suo motu notice of the Sialkot Wazirabad tragedy.
The body of a Sri Lankan citizen was desecrated and hundreds of people kept making videos instead of saving him.
It is the responsibility of the state to protect the citizens, protection of fundamental rights is the first responsibility of the Supreme Court, therefore the court must punish the accused.
Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Gulzar Ahmed while handing over the petition to his secretary said that let’s see what can happen on this petition.

وکیل نے چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان سے وزیرآباد سانحہ کا ازخود نوٹس لینے کی استدعا کی ہے جس میں کہا گیا ہے کہ سانحہ سیالکوٹ وزیرآباد کا ازخود نوٹس لے کر ذمہ داروں کے خلاف کارروائی کی جائے۔
سری لنکن شہری کی لاش کی بے حرمتی کی گئی اور سینکڑوں لوگ اسے بچانے کے بجائے ویڈیو بناتے رہے۔
شہریوں کا تحفظ ریاست کی ذمہ داری ہے، بنیادی حقوق کا تحفظ سپریم کورٹ کی اولین ذمہ داری ہے، اس لیے عدالت ملزمان کو سزا دے۔
چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان جسٹس گلزار احمد نے درخواست اپنے سیکرٹری کے حوالے کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ دیکھتے ہیں اس درخواست پر کیا ہو سکتا ہے۔
