ڈاکٹر ظفر مرزا ، تانیا ایڈریس کے استعفوں کی وجوہات سامنے آ گئیں
ذرائع کے مطابق ایک ہی دن میں کابینہ کے دو استعفوں کے پیچھے اصل استدلال سامنے آگیا ہے۔ ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ تانیہ ایڈریس نے ڈیجیٹل پاکستان فاؤنڈیشن کے نام سے ایک غیر منافع بخش کمپنی قائم کی تھی جب کہ ڈاکٹر ظفر مرزا کو اطمینان بخش کارکردگی کا مظاہرہ نہ کرنے پر استعفی دینے کو کہا گیا تھا۔
تانیہ ایڈریس کے استعفیٰ کی بنیادی وجہ مفادات کا کشمکش تھی ، اس کی ایس ای سی پی رجسٹرڈ کمپنی میں جہانگیر ترین کو اس کے ڈائریکٹر میں شامل کیا گیا تھا۔ یہ کمپنی 27 فروری کو وزیر اعظم کے معاون خصوصی کے عہدے سے ان کی تقرری سے قبل رجسٹرڈ ہوئی تھی۔
ذرائع نے بتایا کہ وزیر اعظم نے کمپنی کے وجود کے انکشاف کے بعد وضاحت طلب کی تھی لیکن وہ تسلی بخش وضاحت دینے میں ناکام رہی۔ وزیر اعظم کے دفتر نے پھر تانیہ کا استعفیٰ طلب کیا۔
دوسری جانب ، ذرائع نے دعوی کیا ہے کہ وزیر اعظم کے سابق معاون خصوصی ڈاکٹر ظفر مرزا سے اطمینان بخش کارکردگی کا مظاہرہ نہ کرنے پر استعفی دینے کو کہا گیا تھا۔ ڈاکٹر فیصل سلطان نے کورونا وائرس سے لڑنے سے متعلق اپنی ذمہ داریوں کو نبھاتے رہے اور وزیر اعظم کی زیر صدارت متعلقہ اجلاسوں میں بھی شریک ہوئے۔ ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ امکان ہے کہ ڈاکٹر فیصل کو خصوصی ہیلتھ اسسٹنٹ کا چارج دیا جائے۔
مزید یہ کہ یہ بھی کہا جاتا ہے کہ ڈاکٹر ظفر مرزا ادویات کی بڑھتی قیمتوں پر روک لگانے میں ناکام رہے اور بھارت سے ادویات کے لئے خام مال درآمد کرنے کے معاملے کو غلط سمجھا۔ ڈاکٹر ظفر کی اہلیت پر سپریم کورٹ کے مشاہدے بھی ان کے استعفیٰ کی ایک وجہ تھے۔
According to sources, the actual justification for two cabinet resignations in one day has been revealed. According to sources, Tania Aidrus founded a non-profit company under the name Digital Pakistan Foundation, while Dr. Zafar Mirza was asked to resign because she could not work satisfactorily.
The main reason for Tania Aidrus’ resignation was a conflict of interest. Her company, registered with the SECP, included Jahangir Tareen as one of its directors. The company was registered on February 27 before being appointed Special Assistant by PM.
Sources said the prime minister asked for clarification after the company’s existence was discovered, but failed to provide a satisfactory statement. The Prime Minister’s office then asked for Tania’s resignation.
On the other hand, sources claimed that the former special assistant to Prime Minister Dr. Zafar Mirza was asked to resign because he had not worked satisfactorily. Dr. Faisal Sultan continued to work on the fight against the corona virus and also attended meetings under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister. Dr. Faisal is likely to be charged with a Special Health Assistant, sources said.
In addition, Dr. Zafar Mirza failed to get a grip on rising drug prices and mistreated the problem of importing raw materials for drugs from India. The Supreme Court’s Comments on Dr. Zafar was also one of the reasons for his resignation.
