صوبوں نے وفاق کی منتقلی کے اقدام کو مسترد کر دیا
The provincial governments rejected the government’s move to transfer power to the provinces, but also refused to respond to the federation, which hampered the transfer of power.
Informed sources said that it was decided in the cabinet meeting that in the light of the directives of the Prime Minister of Pakistan, the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Affairs was informed in writing regarding the transfer of powers to the provinces. Suggestions were sought but important issues could not be resolved due to lack of effective response.
In this regard, the Prime Minister told the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination that the Council of Common Interests, along with the Council of Common Interests, Pakistan. Sports Board, Pakistan Cricket Board, Gun and Country Club, Pakistan Veterinary and Medical Council, Department of Tourist Services, Federal Land Commission.
Federal Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination Affairs Dr. Fehmida Mirza said that the task of the federation is to take the provinces along. Unfortunately, the provinces do not cooperate. Sending summary suggestions and editorial documents to the provinces But effective response is not received on time.
Talking to Express, he said that three years have passed since the establishment of the Permanent Secretariat of the Council of Common Interests for the last several years and the present government has prepared a plan to address these issues.
صوبائی حکومتوں نے صوبوں کو اختیارات کی منتقلی کے حکومتی اقدام کو مسترد کر دیا تاہم وفاق کو جواب دینے سے بھی انکار کر دیا جس سے اقتدار کی منتقلی میں رکاوٹ پیدا ہوئی۔
باخبر ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ کابینہ کے اجلاس میں فیصلہ کیا گیا کہ وزیراعظم پاکستان کی ہدایت کی روشنی میں صوبوں کو اختیارات کی منتقلی کے حوالے سے وزارت بین الصوبائی امور کو تحریری طور پر آگاہ کیا جائے گا۔ تجاویز مانگی گئیں لیکن موثر جواب نہ ملنے کی وجہ سے اہم مسائل حل نہ ہو سکے۔
اس حوالے سے وزیراعظم نے وزارت بین الصوبائی رابطہ کو بتایا کہ مشترکہ مفادات کونسل پاکستان کے ساتھ مل کر… اسپورٹس بورڈ، پاکستان کرکٹ بورڈ، گن اینڈ کنٹری کلب، پاکستان ویٹرنری اینڈ میڈیکل کونسل، محکمہ سیاحتی خدمات، فیڈرل لینڈ کمیشن۔
وفاقی وزیر برائے بین الصوبائی رابطہ امور ڈاکٹر فہمیدہ مرزا نے کہا کہ وفاق کا کام صوبوں کو ساتھ لے کر چلنا ہے۔ بدقسمتی سے صوبے تعاون نہیں کرتے۔ صوبوں کو سمری تجاویز اور ادارتی دستاویزات بھیجی جا رہی ہیں لیکن بروقت موثر جواب نہیں ملتا۔
ایکسپریس سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا کہ مشترکہ مفادات کونسل کے مستقل سیکرٹریٹ کے قیام کو گزشتہ کئی برسوں سے تین سال گزر چکے ہیں اور موجودہ حکومت نے ان مسائل کے حل کے لیے منصوبہ تیار کیا ہے۔
