کارکردگی کا جائزہ لینے والی کمیٹی ہائی پرفارمنس سنٹر کے نئے سربراہ گرانٹ بریڈ برن سے بھی مشاورت کرے گی۔ ہائی پرفارمنس کوچنگ کے سربراہ بھی کوچوں سے ان کی کارکردگی پر پوچھ گچھ کرسکیں گے ، بریڈ برن کمیٹی کی رپورٹ کی روشنی میں کوچز کے مستقبل کا فیصلہ کریں گے۔
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has started reviewing the performance of coaches in the last domestic season. Coaches can be reshuffled based on their performances.
According to sources, the performance of 54 coaches working with different home teams will be reviewed and the Performance Review Committee will evaluate the performance of the first XI, second XI, U19, U16 and U13 coaches.
There are strong reports against some coaches. However, after reviewing these reports, the committee will also take a stand on the coaches. The decision to call the coaches or take their stand through video link will be taken later.
A proposal to dismiss coaches who do not follow the rules is also under consideration. The committee will complete its work by the end of this month, sources said
The performance review committee will also consult with Grant Bradburn, the new head of the High Performance Center. Heads of High Performance Coaching will also be able to question the coaches on their performance, deciding the future of the coaches in the light of the Bradburn Committee report.
