پاکستان ریلوے نے چند گھنٹوں میں پہلی خاتون اسٹیشن منیجر کو ہٹا دیا

آزاد اردو کے مطابق ، اسٹیشن ماسٹرز لاہور اسٹیشن منیجر کے عہدے کے لئے سی ایس ایس افسر کی خدمات حاصل کرنے کے خلاف تھے۔ یونین کے مرکزی چیئرمین محمد عرفان نے کہا کہ یہ اسٹیشن ماسٹرز کے قانون اور شہری حقوق کے منافی ہے۔
تاہم ، محترمہ زہرا نے کہا کہ وہ قانون کے تحت پی آر کے لاہور ڈویژن کا اے ٹی او ون اسٹیشن منیجر کے دفتر کی نگرانی جاری رکھیں گی۔

Syeda Marzia Al-Zahra, who had previously been appointed Pakistan’s first station manager in Lahore, could not even stay in charge for a day.
As previously reported, the Railway Sampars Union reportedly showed strong opposition to her appointment. They threatened to protest the administrator if the notification was not cancelled.
As a result, the Pakistani Railway Administration surrendered before them and immediately withdrew the communication to put Syeda Marzia Zahra in charge of the station manager. This was in addition to her own responsibility as Assistant Transport Officer-1 (ATO-1), PR’s Lahore Division.
According to the Independent Urdu, the station managers were against hiring a CSS officer for the post of Lahore Station Manager. Union Central chairman Muhammad Irfan said this was against the law and the civil rights of station masters.
However, Ms. Zahra said she would continue to oversee the station manager’s office as ATO-1 of the Lahore Public Relations Department under the law.
“Although I cannot take care of the position under the new notification, I as ATO-1 can exercise my authority to monitor this position. And I will do that. The station manager’s office at Lahore Cantt is also under my supervision, ”she explained.
