امریکی خاتون بلاگر سنتھیا رچی کے خلاف مقدمہ دائر کرنے کا حکم
اسلام آباد کے ایڈیشنل سیشن جج جہانگیر اعوان نے امریکی خاتون سنتھیا ڈی رچی کے خلاف مقدمہ کے اندراج کی درخواست پر 13 جون کو فیصلہ محفوظ کیا تھا۔ آج اس کے خلاف مقدمہ درج کرنے کا حکم دے دیا۔
واضح رہے کہ پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی اسلام آباد کے صدر شکیل عباسی نے شہید بے نظیر بھٹو کے خلاف الزامات عائد کرنے کے بعد امریکی خاتون کے خلاف ایف آئی اے میں مقدمہ درج کرنے کی درخواست کی تھی۔
دوسری جانب سنتھیا رچی کے خلاف مقدمہ کے اندراج کے لئے ایک اور درخواست اسلام آباد کی سیشن کورٹ میں دائر کی گئی۔ عدالت نے شہری ندیم مغل کی درخواست پر ایف آئی اے سے جواب طلب کرلیا۔ انہوں نے ریمارکس دیئے کہ اگر ایف آئی اے کا دوسرے مقدمے میں جواب آ جائے تو پھر ہم دیکھیں گے۔
Islamabad Additional Sessions Judge Jahangir Awan had reserved judgment on June 13 on the application for registration of case against American woman Cynthia D Richie. Ordered to file a case against him today.
It is to be noted that Pakistan Peoples Party Islamabad President Shakeel Abbasi had requested to file a case against the American woman in the FIA after making allegations against Shaheed Benazir Bhutto.
On the other hand, another petition was filed in the Sessions Court of Islamabad for registration of a case against Cynthia Richie. The court sought reply from the FIA on the request of citizen Nadeem Mughal. He remarked that if the FIA responds in the second case, then we will see.
