نیب نے وائٹ کالر جرائم کی مؤثر تحقیقات کے لئے خصوصی سیل تشکیل دیا
قومی احتساب بیورو (نیب) نے ملک میں وائٹ کالر جرائم کی موثر تحقیقات کے لئے ایک خصوصی سیل قائم کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے۔
چیئرمین جسٹس (ر) جاوید اقبال کی ہدایت پر ، وائٹ کالر جرائم کی مضبوط تحقیقات کو یقینی بنانے کے لئے قومی احتساب بیورو میں خصوصی سیل قائم کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے۔
ذرائع کے مطابق ، تجربہ کار تفتیش کار ، بینکر ، چارٹرڈ اکاؤنٹنٹ اور انکم ٹیکس آفیسر سیل کا حصہ ہوں گے۔ خصوصی تحقیقات جاری تحقیقات میں نیب افسران کی مدد کرے گی۔
اس خصوصی سیل کو سیکیورٹیز اینڈ ایکسچینج کمیشن آف پاکستان (ایس ای سی پی) ، فیڈرل بورڈ آف ریونیو (ایف بی آر) ، اسٹیٹ بینک آف پاکستان (ایس بی پی) اور دیگر متعلقہ ایجنسیوں سے مدد ملے گی۔
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has decided to set up a special cell to effectively investigate economic crimes in the country.
At the direction of the Chief Justice (Retd) Javed Iqbal, it was decided to set up a special cell in the National Accountability Bureau to ensure a solid investigation into white collar crimes.
According to sources, skilled investigators, bankers, accountants and income tax officers will be part of the cell. The special cell will assist NAB officials in ongoing investigations.
The special cell will have support from the Pakistani Securities and Exchange Commission (SECP), the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and other relevant agencies.
