According to the spokesman for the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Mufti Muneeb ur Rehman will chair the Central Committee of Ruet-e-Hilal on Thursday at the Met Office in Karachi to see the Ramazan moon.
The spokesman said the zone committee meetings would take place at the provincial headquarters. The Islamabad Zone Committee will hold a meeting in the Kohsar complex. Federal Minister of Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry previously said that the Ramazan moon will be sighted on April 24 according to the lunar calendar, marking the first fast of the holy month of Ramazan on April 25.

ترجمان وزارت مذہبی امور کے مطابق ، مفتی منیب الرحمن رمضان کا چاند دیکھنے کے لئے جمعرات کو کراچی کے میٹ آفس میں رویت ہلال کی مرکزی کمیٹی کی سربراہی کریں گے۔
ترجمان نے بتایا کہ زون کمیٹی کے اجلاس صوبائی ہیڈ کوارٹرز میں ہوں گے۔ اسلام آباد زون کمیٹی کا اجلاس کوہسار کمپلیکس میں ہوگا۔ اس سے قبل وفاقی وزیر برائے سائنس و ٹکنالوجی فواد چوہدری نے کہا تھا کہ رمضان کے چاند کو قمری تقویم کے مطابق 24 اپریل کو دیکھا جائے گا ، جس سے 25 اپریل کو رمضان کے مقدس مہینے کا پہلا روزہ ہوگا۔
وفاقی وزیر سائنس و ٹیکنالوجی فواد چوہدری نے ٹویٹ کیا کہ رمضان المبارک کا چاند 24 اپریل کو ملک بھر میں دیکھا جائے گا اور 25 اپریل کو انشاء اللہ منایا جائے گا۔
