Asad Umar, Minister of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives, said that small markets and shops in the Fajar neighborhood can be open until 5 p.m.
Markets and other stores, with the exception of stores selling essential items such as groceries and medicines, remain closed two days a week (Saturday and Sunday), Asad Umar said.
The minister spoke to Prime Minister Imran Khan to inform the nation about the meeting of the National Coordinating Committee (NCC). Asad said that more sectors related to construction will be opened.
He also announced that selected outpatient wards (OPDs) will also be opened to treat specific diseases. He said educational institutions will remain closed until July 15th.

اسد عمر وزیر برائے منصوبہ بندی ، ترقیات اور خصوصی اقدامات نے کہا کہ فجر سے شام پانچ بجے تک چھوٹی مارکیٹوں اور محلوں کی دکانوں کو کھولنے کی اجازت ہوگی۔
اسد عمر نے کہا کہ بازاروں اور دیگر کاروباروں کو ، اشیائے خوردونوش جیسے ضرعری اشیا اور دوائی وغیرہ کی دوکانیں چھوڑ کر ہفتے میں 2 دن (ہفتہ اور اتوار) بند رہیں گے۔
وزیر نے وزیر اعظم عمران خان کے ہمراہ قومی رابطہ کمیٹی (این سی سی) کے اجلاس کے بارے میں قوم کو آگاہ کرنے کے لئے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ تعمیرات سے متعلق مزید سیکٹر کھول دیئے جائیں گے۔
انہوں نے مزید اعلان کیا کہ مخصوص بیماریوں کے علاج کے لئ (او پی ڈی) کو بھی کھول دیا جائے گا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ 15 جولائی تک تعلیمی ادارے بند رہیں گے۔
