Indian troops martyred another Kashmiri youth in the Pulwama district of Occupied Kashmir in their new act of state terrorism today (Tuesday) and raised the toll to 14 within 24 hours. According to the Kashmir Media Service (KMS), the youth was killed by the troops during a search operation in the Saimoh area of the district. The operation continued until the last reports came in.
Indian troops tortured 13 young people from Kashmir yesterday; 10 during a violent military operation in Mendhar and other villages in Poonch District and three in the Nawshehra area of Rajouri District. Indian troops killed 21 Kashmiris last May, including two boys in the IOC. Indian police and paramilitary personnel arrested 146 people, mostly teenagers, and harassed and embarrassed 20 women during 565 blockades and searches in various areas of the territory.
