حکومت سول اور فوجداری قوانین میں اصلاحات لا رہی ہے: وزیراعظم
Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan is bringing reforms in civil and criminal laws to ensure the justice for public.
PM said it while attending a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Supreme Court Bar Association
The members of the Executive Committee of the Supreme Court Bar Association welcomed Prime Minister.
During meeting, Imran Khan said that there would be less burdon on the courts, lawyers’ organizations and it will be helpful in supporting the government.
He further said that law was not rightly used due to vested interests in the past and weaker section of the community was exploited
وزیر اعظم پاکستان عمران خان سول اور فوجداری قوانین میں اصلاحات لا رہے ہیں تاکہ عوام کے لیے انصاف کو یقینی بنایا جا سکے۔
وزیراعظم نے یہ بات سپریم کورٹ بار ایسوسی ایشن کی ایگزیکٹو کمیٹی کے اجلاس میں شرکت کرتے ہوئے کہی۔
سپریم کورٹ بار ایسوسی ایشن کی ایگزیکٹو کمیٹی کے اراکین نے وزیراعظم کا استقبال کیا۔
ملاقات کے دوران عمران خان نے کہا کہ عدالتوں ، وکلا تنظیموں پر کم بوجھ پڑے گا اور یہ حکومت کی مدد کرنے میں مددگار ثابت ہوگا۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ ماضی میں ذاتی مفادات کی وجہ سے قانون کا صحیح استعمال نہیں کیا گیا اور کمیونٹی کے کمزور طبقے کا استحصال کیا گیا۔
