حکومت کواے پی ایس حملہ کیس میں رپورٹ جمع کرانے کے لیے مزید تین ہفتوں کی مہلت
The Supreme Court has given the government three more weeks to submit its report in the Army Public School APS attack case.
Two days ago, the federal government had sought a three-week deadline from the Supreme Court to submit a report on the APS assault case, which was granted by the court.
According to previous court orders, the government was to submit a report signed by Prime Minister Imran Khan by December 10.
However, Additional Attorney General Sajid Ilyas Bhatti submitted a three-page report to the apex court stating that as per the court order, the Prime Minister had met the families of the students killed in the APS tragedy and their demands. A four-member committee has been formed to listen.
The committee includes Federal Minister for Human Rights Dr. Shirin Mazari, Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Omar Ayub Khan, Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination Dr. Fehmida Mirza and Minister for State and Frontier Areas Sahibzada Muhammad Mehboob Sultan.
Attorney General of Pakistan Khalid Javed Khan or his nominee and Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Defense and Interior will attend the meetings of the Committee.
In a hearing on November 10, a three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Gulzar Ahmed had directed the government to listen to the affected parents and submit a report signed by the prime minister to the court within four weeks.
The government’s petition, filed under Rule 6 Order 33 of the Supreme Court Rules, also seeks permission to include in the report the results of the Cabinet Committee’s meeting with the parents.

دو روز قبل وفاقی حکومت نے اے پی ایس حملہ کیس کی رپورٹ پیش کرنے کے لیے سپریم کورٹ سے تین ہفتوں کی مہلت مانگی تھی جسے عدالت نے منظور کرلیا۔
گزشتہ عدالتی احکامات کے مطابق حکومت کو 10 دسمبر تک وزیراعظم عمران خان کے دستخط شدہ رپورٹ پیش کرنی تھی۔
تاہم ایڈیشنل اٹارنی جنرل ساجد الیاس بھٹی نے عدالت عظمیٰ میں تین صفحات پر مشتمل رپورٹ جمع کرائی جس میں کہا گیا کہ عدالتی حکم کے مطابق وزیراعظم نے سانحہ اے پی ایس میں جاں بحق ہونے والے طلباء کے اہل خانہ اور ان کے مطالبات سے ملاقات کی تھی۔ سماعت کے لیے چار رکنی کمیٹی تشکیل دے دی گئی ہے۔
کمیٹی میں وفاقی وزیر برائے انسانی حقوق ڈاکٹر شیریں مزاری، وفاقی وزیر برائے اقتصادی امور عمر ایوب خان، وزیر بین الصوبائی رابطہ ڈاکٹر فہمیدہ مرزا اور وزیر مملکت و سرحدی علاقوں صاحبزادہ محمد محبوب سلطان شامل ہیں۔
اٹارنی جنرل آف پاکستان خالد جاوید خان یا ان کے نامزد کردہ اور وزارت دفاع اور داخلہ کے ایڈیشنل سیکرٹری کمیٹی کے اجلاسوں میں شرکت کریں گے۔
10 نومبر کو ہونے والی سماعت میں چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان جسٹس گلزار احمد کی سربراہی میں تین رکنی بینچ نے حکومت کو متاثرہ والدین کی بات سننے اور چار ہفتوں میں وزیر اعظم کے دستخط والی رپورٹ عدالت میں پیش کرنے کی ہدایت کی تھی۔
سپریم کورٹ کے رولز کے رول 6 آرڈر 33 کے تحت دائر حکومت کی درخواست میں والدین کے ساتھ کابینہ کمیٹی کی میٹنگ کے نتائج کو رپورٹ میں شامل کرنے کی بھی اجازت مانگی گئی ہے۔
