Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz said the government wants NRO from Pakistan.
While speaking on press conference at Jati Umra, Lahore, she said that 95% of lawmakers have sent their resignation to PML-N. “The packing will be sent to the government but nothing.”
Maryam also said that she did not know how the resignations of Murtaza Javed and Sajjad Awan reachedto speaker, as the resignations had to be submitted to the party leadership by December 31.
She also spoke about running for the Senate and by-elections. She said that the PDM will decide on their participation in the elections and the PML-N will respect the decision of the opposition alliance.
Also, Maryam spoke about former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto (late). She said that Benazir Bhutto gave her life for democracy and signed the Charter of Democracy that changed the history of Pakistan.
“She highlighted the need for unity and solidarity in the country.”
She spoke more about PML-N leader Shahbaz Sharif. Shahbaz Sharif is loyal to his brother and if he weren’t loyal to Nawaz Sharif and the party, he would be the current Prime Minister.
While talking about speculation about the differences between PDM members, Maryam said that every time Bilawal Bhutto Zardari does not attend a rally, different news starts to come out.
حکومت پاکستان سے این آر او چاہتی ہے: مریم نواز
پاکستان مسلم لیگ نواز (ن لیگ) کی نائب صدر مریم نواز نے کہا کہ حکومت پاکستان سے این آر او چاہتی ہے۔
جاتی امرا ، لاہور میں پریس کانفرنس کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا کہ 95 فیصد ارکان پارلیمنٹ نے اپنا استعفیٰ مسلم لیگ ن کو بھجوا دیا ہے۔ پیکنگ حکومت کو بھیجی جائے گی لیکن کچھ نہیں۔
مریم نے یہ بھی کہا کہ انہیں نہیں معلوم کہ مرتضی جاوید اور سجاد اعوان کے استعفے اسپیکر تک کیسے پہنچے ، کیوں کہ 31 دسمبر تک استعفوں کو پارٹی قیادت کو پیش کرنا تھا۔
انہوں نے سینیٹ اور ضمنی انتخابات میں حصہ لینے کے بارے میں بھی بات کی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ پی ڈی ایم انتخابات میں ان کی شرکت پر فیصلہ کرے گی اور مسلم لیگ (ن) اپوزیشن اتحاد کے فیصلے کا احترام کرے گی۔
نیز ، مریم نے سابق وزیر اعظم بے نظیر بھٹو (مرحوم) کے بارے میں بھی بات کی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ بے نظیر بھٹو نے جمہوریت کے لئے اپنی جان دی اور پاکستان کی تاریخ کو بدلنے والے میثاق جمہوریت پر دستخط کیے۔
“انہوں نے ملک میں اتحاد اور یکجہتی کی ضرورت پر روشنی ڈالی۔”
انہوں نے مسلم لیگ ن کے رہنما شہباز شریف کے بارے میں بھی بات کی۔ شہباز شریف اپنے بھائی سے وفادار ہیں اور اگر وہ نواز شریف اور پارٹی سے وفادار نہ ہوتے تو وہ موجودہ وزیر اعظم ہوتے۔
پی ڈی ایم ممبران کے مابین اختلافات کے بارے میں قیاس آرائیوں کے بارے میں بات کرتے ہوئے مریم نے کہا کہ جب بھی بلاول بھٹو زرداری کسی جلسے میں شریک نہیں ہوتے ، مختلف خبریں سامنے آنا شروع ہوجاتی ہیں۔
