حکومت کا جسٹس (ر) وجیہہ الدین کے خلاف ہتک عزت کا دعویٰ دائر کرنے کا فیصلہ
The government has decided to file a defamation suit against Justice (retd) Wajihuddin.
Federal Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry said in a press conference that Justice (retd) Wajihuddin was filing a defamation case against him. Notices are also being issued to the TV channels which made statements without confirmation. Freedom of speech is accompanied by the right to responsibility.
Fawad Chaudhry said that the manner in which the caste of the Prime Minister was targeted was reprehensible. The honor of the Prime Minister is not safe here either. A deliberate campaign is being launched against the country’s top civil officers, army generals, judiciary and institutions.
According to the Information Minister, it seems that media freedom is being used for a special campaign. Talks were held regarding the expenses of the Prime Minister’s house. A new joke has come out. Wajihuddin made a statement which was made without verification. Other countries have laws and fines. If laws are not brought then Pakistan’s system will be weaker and weaker on the basis of fake news.

وفاقی وزیر اطلاعات فواد چوہدری نے پریس کانفرنس کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ جسٹس (ر) وجیہہ الدین ان کے خلاف ہتک عزت کا مقدمہ دائر کر رہے ہیں۔ بغیر تصدیق کے بیان دینے والے ٹی وی چینلز کو بھی نوٹس جاری کیے جا رہے ہیں۔ آزادی اظہار ذمہ داری کے حق کے ساتھ ہے۔
فواد چوہدری نے کہا کہ وزیراعظم کی ذات کو جس طرح نشانہ بنایا گیا وہ قابل مذمت ہے۔ وزیر اعظم کی عزت یہاں بھی محفوظ نہیں۔ ملک کے اعلیٰ سول افسران، فوجی جرنیلوں، عدلیہ اور اداروں کے خلاف دانستہ مہم چلائی جا رہی ہے۔
وزیر اطلاعات کے مطابق ایسا لگتا ہے کہ میڈیا کی آزادی کو خصوصی مہم کے لیے استعمال کیا جا رہا ہے۔ وزیراعظم ہاؤس کے اخراجات کے حوالے سے بات چیت ہوئی۔ ایک نیا لطیفہ سامنے آیا ہے۔ وجیہہ الدین نے ایک بیان دیا جو بغیر تصدیق کے دیا گیا۔ دوسرے ممالک میں قوانین اور جرمانے ہیں۔ اگر قوانین نہ لائے گئے تو جعلی خبروں کی بنیاد پر پاکستان کا نظام کمزور سے کمزور تر ہوتا جائے گا۔
