Foreign Office spokeswoman Aisha Farooqui said on Sunday that Pakistan rejected the “unfounded and inaccurate” allegations made by India’s legal adviser Harish Salve in the Kulbushan Jadhav case.
In an online lecture on May 3, Harish Salve, who had represented India to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in the case of Kulbushan Jadhav, claimed that Pakistan had refused to respond to Indian questions as it would implement the International Court of Justice ruling Review and reconsider Jadav’s case.
He said: “We wrote four to five letters to Pakistan, but they keep denying it. I think we have reached a point where we now have to decide whether to go back to the ICJ for further instructions because Pakistan has made no progress. “
He also claimed that Pakistan had given Jadhav consular access “too late” and refused to disclose the details of the case to India.
Foreign Office spokeswoman Aisha Farooqui rejected Harish Salve’s “unfounded and inaccurate” allegations, saying Pakistan “fully followed the international court’s ruling.”
She added that “Pakistan has given India consular access to Commander Jadhav and is currently working on effective review and re-examination measures in accordance with the guidelines established by the International Court of Justice in its judgment.”

انہوں نے یہ بھی الزام لگایا کہ پاکستان نے “بہت دیر سے” جادھو تک قونصلر رسائی دی ہے اور اس معاملے کی تفصیلات کو بھارت کے ساتھ بانٹنے سے انکار کردیا ہے۔
