امریکی شہری سنتھیا رچی نے اپنے خلاف مقدمے کا فیصلہ چیلنج کردیا
سیشن کورٹ نے ایف آئی اے سائبر کرائم ونگ کو ہدایت کی تھی کہ وہ انکوائری کریں اگر قانون کے مطابق ایف آئی آر بنتی ہے تو وہ درج کریں، سنتھیا رچی کی وکیل عمران فیروز کے ذریعے دائر درخواست میں موقف اختیار کیا گیا ہے کہ ایف آئی اے نے سیشن کورٹ میں اپنے جواب میں کہا کہ درخواست گزار شکیل عباسی متاثرہ فریق نہیں ، اس کے باوجود ایڈیشنل سیشن جج نے قانونی تقاضے پورے کئے بغیر ہی مقدمے کا حکم دیدیا، عدالت ایڈیشنل سیشن جج کے حکم کو کالعدم قرار دے۔
ISLAMABAD: In the case of Naziba tweet against Benazir Bhutto by US citizen Cynthia de Richie, Cynthia Richie has challenged in the Islamabad High Court the order issued in the PPP’s application for registration of case in the Sessions Court of Islamabad. The Sessions Court had directed the FIA Cyber Crime Wing to conduct an inquiry and if an FIR is registered as per the law, it should register it. The petition filed by Cynthia Richie’s lawyer Imran Feroze states that In his reply in the Sessions Court, A said that the petitioner Shakeel Abbasi was not the aggrieved party. However, the Additional Sessions Judge ordered the case without fulfilling the legal requirements. The court quashed the order of the Additional Sessions Judge.
