عدالت نے ایف آئی اے کو آئندہ سماعت پر شہباز اور حمزہ کے خلاف مکمل چالان پیش کرنے کا حکم دے دیا
A banking court in Lahore on Saturday asked the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to file a full challan in the money laundering case against PML-N president Shahbaz Sharif and his son Hamza at the next hearing.
A banking court judge remarked that if the FIA failed to produce a challan, it could issue show cause notices to investigators.
The FIA will not be given any more time to file a challan against the accused in the money laundering case, the judge said and adjourned the hearing till December 11.
At the beginning of the hearing, the court sought a challan from the FIA.
The court asked the FIA officials present in the room where the challan was. In response to the question, the FIA took the position that the co-accused of the PML-N president in the money laundering case has obtained pre-arrest bail and they need time for investigation.
The court ordered the accused to join the investigation immediately and asked how much time the agency needed to submit the documents.
The FIA prosecutor told the court: “We will submit the challan soon after the investigation is completed.
The court sought respite from the FIA. The FIA asked for another three weeks to submit the challan.
The court also extended the bail of Shahbaz and Hamza till December 11 after granting them respite.
ہفتے کے روز لاہور کی ایک بینکنگ عدالت نے وفاقی تحقیقاتی ادارے (ایف آئی اے) سے مسلم لیگ (ن) کے صدر شہباز شریف اور ان کے صاحبزادے حمزہ کے خلاف منی لانڈرنگ کیس میں آئندہ سماعت پر مکمل چالان جمع کرانے کو کہا۔
بینکنگ کورٹ کے جج نے ریمارکس دیئے کہ اگر ایف آئی اے چالان پیش کرنے میں ناکام رہی تو تفتیش کاروں کو شوکاز نوٹس جاری کر سکتی ہے۔
ایف آئی اے کو منی لانڈرنگ کیس میں ملزمان کے خلاف چالان پیش کرنے کے لیے مزید وقت نہیں دیا جائے گا، فاضل جج نے کہا کہ کیس کی سماعت 11 دسمبر تک ملتوی کر دی۔
سماعت کے آغاز پر عدالت نے ایف آئی اے سے چالان طلب کر لیا۔
عدالت نے ایف آئی اے حکام سے پوچھا کہ چالان کس کمرے میں ہے؟ سوال کے جواب میں ایف آئی اے نے موقف اختیار کیا کہ منی لانڈرنگ کیس میں مسلم لیگ ن کے صدر کے شریک ملزم نے ضمانت قبل از گرفتاری حاصل کر لی ہے اور انہیں تفتیش کے لیے وقت درکار ہے۔
عدالت نے ملزمان کو فوری طور پر تفتیش میں شامل ہونے کا حکم دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ ایجنسی کو دستاویزات جمع کرانے کے لیے کتنا وقت درکار ہے۔
ایف آئی اے پراسیکیوٹر نے عدالت کو بتایا کہ ہم تفتیش مکمل ہونے کے بعد جلد چالان جمع کرائیں گے۔
عدالت نے ایف آئی اے سے مہلت مانگ لی۔ ایف آئی اے نے چالان جمع کرانے کے لیے مزید تین ہفتے کا وقت مانگ لیا۔
عدالت نے مہلت دیتے ہوئے شہباز اور حمزہ کی ضمانت میں 11 دسمبر تک توسیع کر دی۔
