پارلیمنٹ کا مشترکہ اجلاس آج ہوگا

دنیا نیوز کی خبر کے مطابق ، پارلیمنٹ کا مشترکہ اجلاس آج (جمعرات کو) پارلیمنٹ ہاؤس میں اہم قانون سازی پر تبادلہ خیال کرنے کے لئے ہوگا۔

صدر ڈاکٹر عارف علوی نے مشترکہ اجلاس آئین کے آرٹیکل 54 (1) کے تحت طلب کیا ہے ، جو کشمیری عوام سے اظہار یکجہتی کے لئے ایک قرارداد بھی پاس کرے گا۔

ذرائع کے مطابق قومی اسمبلی کی جانب سے پارلیمنٹ کے مشترکہ اجلاس میں جو بل پیش کیا گیا ان میں اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ ، ایف اے ٹی ایف ، باہمی قانونی معاونین بل ، پاکستان میڈیکل ٹربیونل بل ، فیڈرل پبلک سروس کمیشن بل ، ہیومن رائٹس بل کے ججوں کی تعداد میں اضافہ شامل ہے۔ اور کمپنیوں میں ترمیمی بل۔

پارلیمانی امور سے متعلق وزیر اعظم کے مشیر ڈاکٹر بابر اعوان کے مطابق ، مشترکہ اجلاس کی مرکزی توجہ ایف اے ٹی ایف سے متعلق بلوں کی منظوری اور قومی اہمیت کے کچھ دیگر قوانین پر مرکوز ہوگی۔

بابر اعوان نے مزید کہا کہ پارلیمنٹ کے ایک روزہ مشترکہ اجلاس کی منصوبہ بندی کی گئی تھی لیکن ایف اے ٹی ایف سے متعلق تمام اہم قانون سازیوں کی منظوری تک اس میں توسیع کی جاسکتی ہے۔

The joint parliamentary session will take place today (Thursday) in the parliament building to discuss important laws.

President Dr. Arif Alvi has convened the joint session under Article 54 paragraph 1 of the Constitution, which also adopts a resolution on solidarity with the Kashmiri people.

According to sources, the bills that the National Assembly presented to Parliament’s joint session include increasing the number of judges at the Islamabad Supreme Court, the FATF, the Mutual Legal Assistant Act, the Pakistani Medical Tribunal Act, and the Federal Public Act Service Commission and the Human Rights Act and Companies Amendment Bill.

According to the Prime Minister’s Advisor on Parliamentary Affairs, Dr. Babar Awan, the focus of the joint meeting would be on the adoption of bills related to the FATF and some other laws of national importance.

Babar Awan said a day-long joint session of parliament was planned but could be extended until all major laws related to the FATF are approved.
