عراق میں ایک ہسپتال کے باہر بم دھماکہ
A bomb blast near the Iraqi city of Basra has killed at least four Iraqi people and injured 20 others.
According to the International News Agency, after a loud explosion in front of a hospital in the Iraqi city of Basra, clouds of black smoke covered the sky and screams could be heard everywhere.
The nature of the blast could not be ascertained, however, according to the governor of Basra, preliminary information indicates that the blast took place on a motorcycle.
Rescue agencies have started rescue operations and shifted four bodies from the accident site to the hospital while more than 20 injured have been brought to the hospital.
The condition of 13 of the injured is said to be critical, leading to fears of an increase in casualties. The blast also severely damaged nearby buildings.
No group has so far claimed responsibility for the attack, but ISIL fighters have moved out of their bases and been involved in such operations in various cities.

بین الاقوامی خبر رساں ادارے کے مطابق عراقی شہر بصرہ کے اسپتال کے سامنے زوردار دھماکے کے بعد آسمان پر سیاہ دھویں کے بادل چھا گئے اور ہر طرف چیخ و پکار سنی گئی۔
دھماکے کی نوعیت معلوم نہیں ہوسکی تاہم بصرہ کے گورنر کے مطابق ابتدائی معلومات سے معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ دھماکا ایک موٹر سائیکل پر ہوا۔
ریسکیو اداروں نے امدادی کارروائیاں شروع کرتے ہوئے جائے حادثہ سے 4 لاشوں کو اسپتال منتقل کردیا ہے جب کہ 20 سے زائد زخمیوں کو اسپتال لایا گیا ہے۔
زخمیوں میں سے 13 کی حالت تشویشناک بتائی جاتی ہے جس کے باعث ہلاکتوں میں اضافے کا خدشہ ہے۔ دھماکے سے قریبی عمارتوں کو بھی شدید نقصان پہنچا۔
ابھی تک کسی گروپ نے اس حملے کی ذمہ داری قبول نہیں کی ہے تاہم داعش کے جنگجو اپنے ٹھکانوں سے نکل کر مختلف شہروں میں اس طرح کی کارروائیوں میں ملوث ہیں۔
