میڈیا نیوز کے مطابق ، پاکستانی کسٹمز کی روک تھام نے انسداد سمگلنگ کی ایک کامیاب مہم کی بدولت مئی 2020 کے دوران 1 ارب روپے سے زیادہ مالیت کے کسٹم ڈیوٹی اکٹھا کیں ، جبکہ کسٹمز پورٹ قاسم سے مجموعی حاصل ہونے والے محصولات میں کورونا وائرس کی وجہ سے کمی واقع ہوئی۔ درآمدات کے زیر اثررہا ، کلکٹریٹ نے مئی 2020 کے طے شدہ ہدف سے 3.86 بلین روپے کم وصول کیے۔
اعدادوشمار کے مطابق ، پریوینیوٹیو کسٹمز کلیکشن نے مئی 2020 کے دوران ڈیوٹی اور ٹیکسوں میں مجموعی طور پر 3.98 ارب روپے جمع کیے ، جن میں سے 1.41 ارب روپے کسٹم ڈیوٹی اور سیلز ٹیکس کی شکل میں جمع کیے گئے تھے۔ اس رقم میں 1 ارب 98 کروڑ 26 لاکھ 50،000 روپے ، انکم ٹیکس میں 73.6 ملین روپے اور وفاقی خصوصی محصولات میں صفر روپے شامل ہیں۔
اعداد و شمار کے مطابق ، کسٹمز پورٹ قاسم کلکٹریٹ نے کسٹم ڈیوٹی جمع کروائی جس میں 50 لاکھ روپے تھے۔ مئی 2020 کے دوران 12.91 ٹریلین روپے میں کمی ہوئی۔ 3.86 بلین ، جبکہ کلکٹریٹ نے زیر غور مدت کے لئے اس کا مقصد 16 ارب 83 کروڑ 43 لاکھ روپے کی کسٹم ڈیوٹی وصول کرنا تھا۔

The amount includes Rs. 1 billion 98 crore 26 lakh 50 thousand, Rs. 73.6 million in income tax and Rs. 0 in federal excise duty.
According to the data, Customs port Qasim Collectorate collected customs duty worth Rs. 12.91 billion during May 2020 with a decrease of Rs. 3.86 billion, while the Collectorate received Rs. 16 billion for the period under review. The target for collection of customs duty worth Rs. 83.43 crore was given.
According to the statistics, the Customs Port Qasim Collectorate collected a total of Rs. 41.17 billion in the form of duty taxes in May 2020, of which Rs. 12.97 billion in the form of customs duty. 23.77 billion 64.68 million in sales tax, 4.21 billion 38.91 million in income tax and 21.37 million 63 thousand in federal excise duty.
