ہندوستانی حکومت کی 5 اگست کو ہونے والی غیر قانونی کارروائی نے کشمیریوں کی امنگوں کو پامال کیا: مندوب تنویر
سری لنکا میں قائم مقام ہائی کمشنر تنویر احمد نے پیر کو 5 اگست کو کہا کہ ہندوستانی غیر قانونی طور پر مقبوضہ جموں و کشمیر (IIOJK) میں زیادہ مزاحمت کے لئے بیج لگانے کے علاوہ ہندوستانی حکومت کی غیر قانونی کارروائی نے کشمیریوں کی امنگوں کو بھی پامال کیا۔
کولمبو میں آئی او او جے کے میں ہندوستانی فوجی محاصرے کے ایک سال کے موقع پر منعقدہ ایک پروگرام میں ، انہوں نے روشنی ڈالی کہ مودی کی زیرقیادت ہندوستانی حکومت نے اس کے آئین کے آرٹیکل 370 اور 35 اے کو منسوخ کرکے اقوام متحدہ کی سلامتی کونسل کی قراردادوں کی خلاف ورزی کی ہے۔
ایکٹیگ ہائی کمشنر نے کہا کہ ہندوستانی حکومت نے آئی او جے کے میں ہزاروں اضافی فوجیوں کو تعینات کیا ہے ، ضروری خدمات تک رسائی کو روکنے کے لئے ایک اپاہج محاصرے نافذ کیے ہیں ، سیاسی رہنماؤں کو گرفتار کیا ہے اور ہر طرح کے مواصلات بند کردیئے ہیں جس کے نتیجے میں یہ سب سے بڑا انسانی بحران ہے۔ دنیا میں.
انہوں نے کشمیر مقصد کے لئے حکومت پاکستان اور عوام کی جاری اخلاقی ، سیاسی اور سفارتی وابستگی کی توثیق کی اور یقین دلایا کہ پاکستان اپنے کشمیری بھائیوں اور بہنوں کے حقوق کے لئے ہمیشہ آواز اٹھائے گا۔
انہوں نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ دنیا کشمیری عوام پر ہندستانی حکومت کے مظالم اور مظالم کو آہستہ آہستہ تسلیم کررہی ہے اور اس امید کا اظہار کیا کہ وہ دن دور نہیں جب وہ اپنے حق خودارادیت کو حاصل کریں گے۔
اس تقریب کو کشمیر اسٹڈی فورم کے چیئرمین محمد جمال الدین نے بھی خطاب کیا ، جنھوں نے کشمیری عوام کے حق خود ارادیت کے لئے تاریخی جدوجہد پر انہیں خراج عقیدت پیش کیا اور سات دہائیوں سے زائد عرصہ سے ہندوستانی مسلح افواج کے ذریعہ انسانی حقوق کی پامالیوں کا انکار کیا۔
انہوں نے زور دے کر کہا کہ ہندوستان کو عزت دو۔
اس پروگرام میں کولمبو میں موجود پاکستانی ڈس پورہ کے ممبران ، صحافی اور کشمیر کاز کے حامیوں نے شرکت کی۔
Acting High Commissioner for Sri Lanka, Tanvir Ahmad, said Monday that the illegal action by the Indian government on August 5 contradicted Kashmiri’s efforts and laid the foundation for greater resistance in the illegally occupied Indian Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
At an event marking the one-year siege of the Indian military at the IIOJK in Colombo, he stressed that the Indian fascist, modi-led government had violated United Nations Security Council resolutions by repealing Articles 370 and 35A of its constitution.
The incumbent high commissioner said the Indian government deployed thousands of additional troops to the IIOYC, crippled a siege, blocked access to essential services, arrested political leaders and stopped all forms of communication that had led to one of the greatest humanitarian crises in of the world.
He reaffirmed the continued moral, political and diplomatic commitment of the government and the Pakistani people to the Kashmir cause and assured that Pakistan would always vote for the rights of its brothers and sisters in Kashmir.
He underlined that the world was slowly recognizing the atrocities and suppression of the Kashmiri people by the Indian government and expressed the hope that the day would not be far when they would gain their right to self-determination.
The event was also addressed by the chairman of the Kashmir Study Forum, Mohamed Jamaludeen, who paid homage to the Kashmiri people for their historic struggle for the right to self-determination and has condemned the violations of human rights by the Indian armed forces for over seven decades.
He underlined that India should honor.
Members of the Pakistani diaspora in Colombo, journalists and supporters of the Kashmir cause attended the event.
