سبکدوش ہونے والے آئی ایم ایف کنٹری ریپ نے پاکستان کو اس کی اچھی وقتی مانیٹری پالیسی فریم ورک کے لیے سراہا۔
The country’s Representative for Pakistan, IMF, Teresa Daban Sanchez paid a farewell call on Federal Minister for Industries and Production Makhdoom Khusro Bakhtiar today. He was accompanied by Easter Perez Ruiz, the newly appointed country representative of the IMF in Pakistan.
The Minister welcomed Ruiz’s appointment to Pakistan and greeted the outgoing Resident Representative, Teresa Dobbins.
During the talks, the two sides exchanged views on Pakistan’s economy in the aftermath of the epidemic.
The Minister highlighted the Government’s efforts to develop a long-term sustainable and viable economic plan to address the issues related to the financial and financial situation in Pakistan.
He said the government was committed to involving the IMF to expand economic growth in the country.
Teresa appreciated the efforts of the Government of Pakistan to prevent the negative effects of epidemics through timely monetary and exchange rate policies.
He also lauded Pakistan’s response to the health and economic crisis amid epidemics and said that significant economic reforms were needed to achieve sustainable economic growth in Pakistan.
پاکستان کے لیے ملک کی نمائندہ آئی ایم ایف محترمہ ٹریسا دبان سانچیز نے آج وفاقی وزیر صنعت و پیداوار مخدوم خسرو بختیار سے الوداعی ملاقات کی۔ ان کے ہمراہ پاکستان میں آئی ایم ایف کے نئے تعینات کنٹری نمائندہ ایسٹر پیریز روئز بھی تھے۔
وزیر نے پاکستان میں روئز کی تقرری کا خیرمقدم کیا اور سبکدوش ہونے والی رہائشی نمائندہ ٹریسا ڈابن کو ان کا سلام پیش کیا۔
بات چیت کے دوران ، فریقین نے وبائی امراض کے بعد کی صورتحال میں پاکستان کی معیشت کے بارے میں خیالات کا تبادلہ کیا۔
وزیر نے پاکستان میں مالیاتی اور مالیاتی صورتحال سے متعلق مسائل کے حل کے لیے ایک طویل مدتی پائیدار اور قابل عمل معاشی منصوبہ تیار کرنے کی حکومتی کوششوں پر روشنی ڈالی۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ حکومت ملک میں معاشی ترقی کو وسیع کرنے کے لیے آئی ایم ایف کو شامل کرنے کے لیے پرعزم ہے۔
ٹریسا نے حکومت پاکستان کی کوششوں کو سراہا کہ وہ وبائی امراض کے منفی اثرات کو بروقت مانیٹری اور ایکسچینج ریٹ پالیسیوں کے ذریعے روکیں۔
انہوں نے وبائی امراض کے درمیان صحت اور معاشی بحران پر پاکستان کے ردعمل کو بھی سراہا اور کہا کہ پاکستان میں پائیدار معاشی نمو حاصل کرنے کے لیے اہم معاشی اصلاحات کی ضرورت ہے۔
